"The room itself was fine. All I needed was a bed , tv and shower. It just was real old and dirty, and broken. My room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) so I asked the front desk to please get me a new room. He was very sweet and accommodating, but the second room he showed me, smelled even worse. After looking for other rooms online in a 20 mile radius, I decided I would just stay and make the best of it. There’s mold in the shower ceiling, many dents and knicks in the walls. "I stayed here for my son's orientation at Ohio University and knew not to expect much but was told by a friend rooms were clean. And they were clean. If you need a very very basic place for a night, it's fine, as long as you aren't too picky. The room is sparse. The vanity is not a regular bathroom countertop and very small and the sink is low. "When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. "Room was clean. Lobby and check in was locked down and behind glass. Outside doors were unlocked and did not require a key the 3 times we used them. Our door had a deadbolt but chain lock was missing. Did not feel safe."
