Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby)."
