"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war um 17h bei Anreise noch nicht fertig, dies wurde aber sofort gemacht. Dadurch war das Badezimmer nicht richtig sauber geworden( Haare auf der Ablage) Das Frühstück war OK."

"Rummet var helt ok även om det hade en lite märklig lukt, stort och fräscht. Dock var incheckningsprocessen väldigt omständlig, och jag hittade ingen info om att incheckningen skedde vid receptionen till Best Western hotellet som låg in bra bit ifrån. Onlineincheckningen gav oss ett helt annat rumsnummer ..."
