Beautiful, modern, 2,000 sq. ft. home conveniently located in town in Gunnison! Four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A great basecamp to explore all that Gunnison and Crested Butte have to offer! High end finishes with new carpets in all the bedrooms and new wood floors in the living room. In the winter months, Ski Crested Butte and Monarch from Gunnison! Both ski areas are only 45 minutes away. A short walk to the bus stop that offers a free bus to Crested Butte and the ski area! Also within walking distance to the Van Tuyl trail system and fishing access, downtown, the grocery store, restaurants, the Gunnison Community and Rec Center and Western State University Campus.

This home was just perfect! It had all of the amenities we needed, including a pack and play and toys and books for my 2 year old granddaughter. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and a perfect location. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating with getting in early and leaving late. It was a fabulous stay!!

The house was great! Location, super kid friendly besides the stairs, rooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable. Very happy with the stay! Would love if they had a baby gate to help with little ones wanting to climb up the stairs but other than that everything was 10/10

Wonderful! Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped. The hot water took a very long time to get to the upstairs bathrooms. Both shower heads upstairs need a little TLC but the downstairs shower was great. Wonderful host! We would stay again for sure

Perfect place for a family to stay!

We were in town for a wedding and had a group of seven stay in the house. It was perfect! Clean, space enough for all of us, centrally located , great kitchen supplies and check in was a breeze! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

The home was excellent and equipped with everything that we needed! Plus, it’s perfectly located close to town, and it’s a great base camp for all the outdoor activities in Gunnison and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again.

Was spacious for 6 adults who were traveling together. Enjoyed sitting on the patio area and using the BBQ. Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager Alain was available to bring new batteries for the remote!! Would highly recommend this property. Thanks

Perfect place for 4 friends on Alumni weekend

Great place, nice size bedrooms and beds, perfect kitchen and eating area, tv for football, and outdoor area for grilling and lounging. Very close to town and main street. All the thing you would need were fully stocked and avail. Our host made sure everything was in order for our arrival and provided an alternate contact in case we could not get a hold of him. Overall ten out of ten!
