Near Beach&IslandView 3bedrooms 2King Special Detailed Cleaning & Disinfecting,

In order to provide our guests a cleaner place to stay we are deep cleaning and disinfecting with a Hospital Grade Disinfectant all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) after every check out.
We have put away unnecessary Decorative Bedding and Throw Pillows in order to better serve you.
All the furniture is disinfected and wiped down.

Get Away from it all and relax in this lovely and spacious (1,800 SQ FT ) three bedroom home. Open floor plan with New Oak Hardwood Flooring throughout the house. This corner charmer that sits on four lots, offers lots of green space and privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and it's just a short walk to the "Beach". A block away there is a great neighborhood Park with Water Pads that kids enjoy in the summer. Enjoy wonderful sounds of nature while drinking your morning coffee in the charming screened-in wrap around porch. Gulfport Breeze was rebuilt in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. This House was one of the few structures left standing in this area. Fortunately a huge Oak Tree was uprooted and fell across the front yard and saved this property from being wiped out. This home has a very peaceful, and welcoming effect; you feel at home the minute you walk in. The open floor plan offers a cozy living room, with two New, Leather, Power Reclining Couches and a flat screenTV. The dining area provides seating for six and a pub table with seating for two. There is additional seating for six in the screened in porch right off the dining room and a round outdoor table with seating for four. A large fully equiped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances makes cooking enjoyable. The laundry room is equipped with Washer&Washer, Ironing Board and Iron. The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable: Master bedroom is very private, very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size Bed, and nicely furnished with a Dresser/Mirror, Chest of Drawer, Night Stands, Lamps, a Bench at foot of the bed, and a Flat Screen TV. Walk in Closet and a very spacious On-Suite Bathroom, single Vanity & Mirror, Hair/Dryer, Toilet, Bench, beautiful new Shower/Great Shower Head and New water-proof Flooring. Second Bedroom Is very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size Bed and nicely furnished with a Dresser/Mirror, Night Stands, Lamps, a Bench at foot of the bed, a Flat Screen TV and a nice size closet.
Third bedroom Is very spacious with a Queen Size Bed and XL Bunk beds. Nicely furnished Dresser/Mirror, Night Stands, Lamps, Bench, and a nice size closet. Main Bathroom is very spacious, single Vanity/Mirror, Hair/Dryer, Toilet, has a Shower/Tub combination, and a nice Shower/Head. Enjoy grilling or just relaxing with your family and friends in a great (19ft x 16ft) Deck that sits under a large Oak Tree that provides shade from 9:30 AM til. The deck is equipped with a Patio Table that seats six, additional seating, a prep table and a Propane Gas Grill. Amenities offered: washer and dryer, Flat screen HD TV's, Cable TV, and free Internet, hair dryer in each bathroom. We also have Beach Chairs and for you and your family to enjoy your visit to the Beach. I personally make sure that my guest have everything they need to feel at home. The linens and towel are of great quality and are regularly replaced; in order to make sure that you are comfortable. In fact I feel that there is more comfort in "Gulfport Breeze" than in most Hotels. I have a "GreatTeam" that work with me to make sure that everything is in great condition. Sleeping arrangement: Two king beds, 0ne Queen bed, and one set of Bunk beds. For Special Holidays there is a 4/Night Minimum Stay Required: ****Memorial Day Weekend (May 21-25) **** 4TH of July Weekend ( July 02-06) **** Labor Day Weekend (September 03-07) ****Thanksgiving Holiday (November 25-29) ****Christmas Holiday (December 23-27) ****New Years Eve(December 30 - January 03) ****For the Summer Season (May 16- August 31) there is a 4/Night Minimum Stay Required
*****For Crusin the Coast (October 6-13) there is a 10/Night Minimum Stay Required

Exactly what we needed

This was a guys fishing trip. The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe with anything you might want nearby. Hosts were good and provided timely responses and info. The property manager(s) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Would definitely stay again.

Traveled to Gulfport for a family celebration of life. My husbands parents lived in Gulfport for many years and their home is still there. Just a few blocks from this house. Enjoyed our stay. Home very cozy and clean. Loved the reclining sofas, comfortable beds, and appreciated the screened in porch. Great location. Loved Shaggy's restaurant the one over the water. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Gulfport Spring trip

This is a well-maintained house that has 3 large bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and a large dining and living room. We were very pleased with the property and would rent again if we were in the area. The owner was very punctual in responding to our messages.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was comfortable. Location handy for shopping and restaurants. Historically cold with snow unfortunately but enjoyed the area. Owner always returned quick response with any issues.

Weekend Getaway

We work at the hospital and sometimes you need a little break! We chose Gulfport and were EXTREMELY HAPPY! The house was beautiful! The only thing we used were the bedrooms and bathrooms. We did not come to COOK, BUT TO ENJOY OURSELVES! Thanks for having such a lovely home and allowing us to stay! Thanks and GOD BLESS!

Gulfport Reunion

We stayed here for 4 nights in early June. It was very refreshing & relaxing to walk into a near beach spotless property. My husband, adult son, my daughter, her husband and two small children found it to be the perfect layout. The adults had their own room though the lkids- ages 2 and 5 shared with their parents in the additional bunk beds in their room . My son enjoyed having his own tv. We had coffee on the front porch each morning -loved hearing the National Anthem played outside every morning. Not sure where it came from? Beds were great, kitchen and dining ample. Made sandwiches as we had dinners out each evening. Good security with the front door camera, loved the code door entry and parking for 3 cars on driveway. Quiet neighborhood. The walking distance splash pad playground/park were perfect for the young ones to burn off steam. nearby beach not the greatest views but the sand was nice and the kiddos loved it. Gentle waves/ripples and shallow a long way out made it a good option. You do hear the trains at night1-3 times, so you could bring ear plugs. The sound most noticeable in master bedroom. However in Gulfport if you are near the beach you are near the train tracks so it’s a trade off. I actually found myself liking it after the first night! Easy access to the beach front main road- Hwy 90 - and activities an easy drive. My husband hard to please & rates it 5 stars. We brought everything, though found d/w soap, coffee filters & paper towels there already.

We always find the proprty in tip top condition. Wife says all her stress dissolves as soon as we walk in. Shady corner lot with a nice lighted deck out back. Just a great place to stay!

Best Home Away from Home!

We had a most enjoyable experience in the little yellow house near the beach! The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby park with a playground was perfect for my young grandson. He loved listening for and watching the trains as they blew their whistles through town. Next time we come back to the area, we'll plan to stay here again.
