Tastefully designed with all new furnishings and appliances. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with Smart TVs and a Foosball table, as well as a dedicated work station.

The large backyard has a covered patio with outdoor seating area and a fire pit. There is plenty of space to hang out, relax, and entertain.

Perfect for Tournament Travel

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Colosseum. The location was great and there was plenty of rooms and bed to accommodate our family and friends.

Great House

They house is really nice and has lots of room. The only issue we had was the small holes in the fence that our dogs could fit through, but we blocked them up, and had no issues. We would definitely stay there again, it is great for a family.

Great price for multiple people

As a group of all females, we were happy to be in a nice safe neighborhood. Everything looked accurate to the photographs online. Nice updates to an older house.

Responsive host- spacious home

I booked this stay for 10, though only 8 ended up showing. With 4 bedrooms, we had 2 people on sofas. Since the sofas were in separate rooms, this gave everyone a relative private space for sleeping. The backyard is fenced and the covered patio was a popular spot to hang out.I think they are new to the scene as the house was not as well stocked as others I've rented. The host however was very responsive and I have no complaints.

The Ducksworth Family

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a little sketchy but after making a pot of coffee early that morning. I went outside to sit on the back porch I realized that it was a quiet friendly neighborhood. All in all my family had a wonderful time. The location was in a right down from one of our favorite restaurants Captain Al’s. The home was wonderful and cozy. Not far from everything. I’ll give them a 8.5 out of 10. Thanks again for our wonderful stay.

Didn’t go

We did not stay here, even tho we had paid for the night. The review about bedbugs was posted after we had made our reservation. Once I saw the review, I reached out to the owner regarding our concern over the situation. We never received a reply concerning the bedbug situation. They did send me a message after I mentioned the bedbugs, but it was only a message with information on the check In/out procedures. Since they didn’t reply to the review that was posted, and didn’t reply to my message, we decided to make other arrangements and not risk bringing bedbugs into the 5 homes of everyone we were traveling with. So while I can’t comment on the condition or location of the home, I can say the communication was definitely not there.

Location

The house was very nice, the AC worked very well especially coming in from the beach. The beds was alright, the only issue we had was the front door was hard to open to go in or out it, the location was 8 min from the beach but had no issues, the neighbors never bothered us and all though the neighborhood was not the ritz we was not bothered by anyone, I would stay there again and communication with the host was great.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

TO THIS PROPERTY SIMPLE AND SHORT, ITS A MESS. THIS PROPERTY WAS SUPPOSEDLY TREATED FOR BED BUGS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL, UNBEKNOWNST TO ME. I FOUND THAT OUT WHEN SEVERAL OF THE GUESTS WERE BITTEN SEVERAL TIMES BY BEDS BUGS INCLUDING MY 3 YR OLD NIECE. I REACHED OUT TO THE HOST, HE WAS COMMUNICATING SOMEWHAT OK. THEY CALLED IN PEST CONTROL WHICH I THEN FOUND OUT THE HOUSE HAD BEEN TREATED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. AND HAD TO BE TREATED AGAIN. ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD A BAD INFESTATION, EVEN AFTER TREATMENT THE BED BUGS WEE STILL PRESENT. WE HAD TO WASH ALL OUR BELONGINGS AND SIT EVERYTHING OUTSIDE IN THE SUN. THE HOST WAS COMMUNICATING UNTIL THE END OF MY TRIP, THEN I HEARD NOTHING FURTHER FORM HIM. THIS WAS MY DAUGHTER'S 17TH BIRTHDAY TRIP AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY A MESS. THERE WAS NO COMPENSATION, I EVEN REACHED OUT TO VRBO AS WELL ABOUT THE PROBLEM, BUT HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM IN A WEEK. I STRONGLY SUGGESTS THEY GET RID OF EVERYTHING IN THAT HOUSE INCLUDING THEM BEDS THAT SITS NEARLY ON THE FLOOR!!!!, TH BATHROOMS NEEDS UPDATING, THE PATIO FURNITURE HAD MILDEW ON IT, NEED MORE DISHES AS WELL. I WILL NOT BE RENTING THIS SPACE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Home away from.home

We came in town for a wedding and the home was minutes away from everything the home was nicely decorated. Only downfall is that the beds in all the rooms sit low and several of the travelers with me have back issues but otherwise very nice place to stay. Two of the neighbors have big dogs across the street that barked continously anytime anyome came outside.
