Relaxing

Very nice property - clean, roomy, tastefully decorated, convenient touches. Gated entrance, enclosed parking (although my F-150 didn't quite fit), two pools, a gym and a playground. Great location, just a few minutes from the beach. All in all, a nice, relaxing place to spend a little vacation time. Jonathan was quickly responsive to all our questions and even offered to drive an hour from his home to help us when we had an issue getting the video games to work. Two things potential renters should be aware of though:1) it's an upstairs unit, so immediately upon opening the front door you're greeted by a flight of stairs. Wasn't a big a deal, but it was a surprise since the listing doesn't explicitly state that anywhere in the description. Just something to keep in mind if you're mobility impaired or have heavy luggage.2) The mandatory 89 non-refundable purchase of damage insurance (well, you are offered the laughable option of putting down a deposit of 3000!). It's basically a hidden fee, on top of the cleaning and service fees. It's the first time I've encountered this and it nearly killed the deal for me. I’m fine with a reasonable refundable deposit that doesn't punish renters who treat the property as though it was their own. I went ahead and paid it this time, but in the future I'll probably limit our searches to properties that have refundable deposits.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo! The unit was spotless and everyone LOVED how it was decorated. The amenities exceeded our expectations — from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space and modern touches throughout.The pool was a highlight — clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing or letting the kids burn off energy. We also really appreciated the game consoles, which were a fun bonus during downtime.Everything was well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay

Very clean, roomy and functional in a great location. From inhouse gaming systems for the kids, large televisions for movie and sports viewing, well stocked kitchen area and the safety of a gated community, this unit fills every need and desire. Frequent visitors to the Mississippi coast who will definitely consider this location for future stays.

Exceeded Expectations

The property was very nice and clean. The communication with the owner was outstanding and quick. He even gave us a code at last minute to check in a little early so we wouldn't have to wait in the car in the rain.

Nice Condo

The property grounds and pool were nice, the location was quiet and close to the beach. The Condo itself was very clean and tastefully decorated, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils.

Great condo!! Walking Distance to Beach

The condo is great and decorated beautifully!! This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in! There are super hero memorabilia and video game memorabilia throughout. My adult kids (20+ yr. old) liked those touches. The two pools are really nice as well. Host is very responsive. Note: The condo complex is located near train tracks.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This property was very clean, neat and updated. The pool and playground area is wonderful for families. This place is in a gated community in a wonderful location so we felt very safe. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. He kept in touch to see if we needed anything during our stay. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Great place!

This condo provided plenty of space for our group! Great location in a gated community. We loved using the pools and workout facility. Jonathon went above and beyond to communicate with us before, during, and after our trip - and he did everything possible to make our stay perfect!

This is the place to stay!!

I have rented lots of vacation homes and Jonathan’s tops the list. Lots of times the pictures shown don’t really match when you get to the destination. This rental is a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The grandkids loved the pool area and the rooms setup with the game controllers made their day. We were in short driving distance to every attraction we wanted to visit. Jonathan’s pride in his rental shines through either when answering your questions before you book or when you arrive. Kudos to Jonathan for making our vacay great. 👍

I must say this is one of the best vacation places I've had. The place was actually better than the online veiwing. Everything was so convenient they made sure you didn't want for anything. You are right in proximity of just about everything you can think of. I would definitely recommend you to check it out. You want be disappointed. I plan to vacation there again.

Beautiful home and convenient location

My family and I recently had our annual sibling trip and opted to book this property over previous places we stayed. The location is great! Within walking distance to the beach and close to surrounding restaurants and shops. The pools on the property were an added bonus for days we didn’t want to go to the beach! The condo is in a gated community with security that patrols the grounds. We felt very safe! The condo itself is beautiful, modern, and well kept! Very spacious (we had 6 guests and there was still plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded). We also loved that it had many different console games and we felt like we were at home. Jonathan is also a great host! He made sure we didn’t have any problems and also recommended places to eat, things to do, etc. we have stayed in Biloxi many times and we will definitely be booking this property again. Thank you for everything!
