The Space:
With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is the perfect sanctuary for families and friends. Each of the 3 king-sized bedrooms invites you to sink into spacious comfort, while the 4 bedroom, designed for the young, features full-over-full bunk beds that are the perfect perch for nighttime adventures. Every room is equipped with smart TVs, ensuring everyone has a place to unwind after a day of discovery.

The heart of the house lies in the expansive eat-in kitchen, fully stocked and ready to bring your culinary visions to life—whether that’s preparing your fresh catch or savoring a home-cooked meal. From the granite countertops to the custom cabinetry, no detail has been overlooked. A stand alone ice maker is an additional great amenity.

All members of your family will love the Game Room, tucked beneath the home in the carport area. This space isn’t just for games—it’s where epic memories are made. For those who hear the call of the water, Bayside Hideaway is a dream come true. With two private boat slips and direct access to the bay, your vessel is never far from the fishing adventures of the open waters. A short stroll down the pier will bring you face-to-face with the rich wildlife of the bay. Birds, dolphins, and other creatures of the coast often make their appearances, turning your mornings and evenings into a living, breathing postcard.

Boating Details: The boat dock can best accommodate a 35 ft long boat with roughly 30` max unloaded draft at low tide. The closest boat launched area is 5 minutes away at the free public boat launch called `The Pines Park`, 3.5 miles from the house.

The kayak launch area is another hidden gem, offering easy access to the waters below. Take a quick swim in the bay or explore the surrounding area. Afterward, fire up the newly renovated outdoor kitchen located off the back deck and prepare your day’s catch. Dining under a canopy of twinkling lights as the water shimmers beneath you is a moment you’ll never forget.

SNOWBIRD RATES:
Available for long term (30+days/monthly) between November-March. Rate: $3500/month (not including taxes or damage fees). Email directly to setup.

HOUSE RULES:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American`s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking. No parties.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Andrea’s Precise Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
