Beautiful Gulf Front View Studio # 142 looking at the Gulf!

See the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama from your private balcony looking out to the gulf enjoying your coffee early mornings watching dolphins traveling or playing right in front of you. This will be your home away from home including washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-cups and a regular coffee maker, coffee grinder, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, baking pans, utensils and more. We will provide 4 white bath towels. Enjoy the luxury of 3 pools, one heated during the winter months. There is an on sight mini store called the Sugar Shack during the summer for beverages, adult ones too and snacks while you soak up the Alabama sunshine. There are big outdoor grills and patio seating and sitting areas for dining in. We have covered parking and security and our Condo is easily accessible to the stairs and elevators. There are free utility carts located near the elevators to make your move from the car to the condo stress free. We have Restaurants located just minutes away and fun, family attractions like the arcade and The Track just minutes from this location. Attractions include golf, water parks, paddle board, gulf front dining , parasailing , jet skiing, arcades, dolphin cruises, The OWA Park, Tanger Outlet and deep sea fishing. The state park is located about 1 mile down the road which includes the campgrounds and a hiking/biking trail. You may also fish off the state park pier for an additional fee. Your stay will be most enjoyable whether you are relaxing or moving about town. We have everything you may want or need in our quaint little town we call Orange Beach! Enjoy!!

We loved this little condo for our short stay—truly a perfect view from the patio and the price is right! Sugar Shack being onsite for (very reasonably priced) snacks and drinks was also great for us. The condo could use an updated mattress imo but would still book again!

Thank you so much Tracy and Jon for providing such a warm and inviting place right on the beach with the perfect view. My husband and I loved this condo. It was small, but very efficient and the decor was so beautiful. Then to top it off with the beautiful beautiful view of the beach. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We enjoyed the pools. The bed was very comfortable. This place provided just what I needed right before I head back to the classroom in a few weeks. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

My hubby and I wanted a little get away and this was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the studio apartment. Was decorated so cute! And very clean. We really enjoyed the oceanfront balcony. The property was in a good location but we did have to drive to most places. I never talked to the owners but didnt have too because check in went smoothly and no problems. They did leave their phone numbers in the room in case we needed them. Excellent stay.. we will return and Ive already told lots of my friends they need to check it out!

It was so nice to wake up to be able drink coffee and sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim. My daughter and mother also enjoyed every bit of the pools as did I. Overall great stay. Loved the property.

Great location in proximity to the beach

This trip was a long time coming. I haven’t been on vacation in many years. We didn’t need a big place as it was only my wife and I. This condo worked out perfect for us. A lot of condos down there have very long walks to the beach, not this condo, a short walk and you’re there. Also we loved the little market and the drinks that they made were great.

Husband's 40th Birthday

We had the most incredible stay while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! The space that was both beautiful and comfortable.The setting was perfect for a milestone celebration, giving us the chance to relax, reconnect, and create amazing memories.
