We actually stayed 12-19 Mar 2026. We had an incredibly relaxing week at this condo, and I have to start by saying — our host was hands down the most helpful, responsive, and informative host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, security was present and always visible, which made us feel safe and welcome. Check-in was a breeze, with plenty of carts available for moving our belongings and more than enough parking. Getting in and out of the lot was quick and easy. The unit itself was very nice, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-furnished, with new pieces in the living area, and the kitchen was fully equipped for anything we needed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the showers had excellent water pressure, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra special. Once again, the host was amazing — if you have any issues here, it’s only because you didn’t reach out to them. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Absolutely the most amazing and clean condo! Great views and great location to local attractions! The host is even more amazing and easy to communicate with. She checked in shortly after check-in to ensure we had no issues. Answered any and all questions that came up prior to our trip and even during the trip. This is the second time we have booked this condo and definitely won’t be the last! The amount of things this condo offers is way to long to list. Speaking with other people in other condos this one tops them all with what all is offered for you to truly enjoy your stay and make the most of beach days! If we could give this place and the host more than 5 stars we would!

This condo unit was perfect for our family! Judy, the owner, was wonderful and so helpful. We had everything we needed plus a closet filled with beach toys! The beds were luxurious! The walk to the beach was easy and the location of the unit was where we could see family in the pool!

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway! This property is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom setup was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were large and incredibly cozy, and the bathrooms offered plenty of space to relax and refresh.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you're cooking a full meal or just enjoying your morning coffee. But the real showstopper? The breathtaking view of the beach! The balcony offers fantastic seating to take in those stunning views of the blue waters—whether you're sipping wine at sunset or enjoying the early morning calm.The host was equally wonderful—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in smooth and stress-free, offered great local dining recommendations, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay.If you're planning a visit to the area, I can't recommend this beachfront gem enough. You truly won’t regret booking this property—it's everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay!

This condo is astonishing!! Owners are super great with communication & allowed us to arrive Thursday night for no charge. Condo was SUPER clean and very well furnished. Beds are amazingly comfortable!! The views, furniture, & space from balcony are remarkable. It is directly across from 3 fabulous restaurants. Super easy to walk to & not have to drive. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during the week of June 24th. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need. The owner even called during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The king size mattresses were so comfortable. I would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect all around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this condo. The BEDS ARE AMAZINGLY COMFY! Condo was very accommodating with starting supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters and dish detergent. Judy, the owner, communicated before, during and at the end of our stay just to be sure we didn’t need anything. The facility was clean, wellmanaged and the view cannot be beat! We will stay again!

The View is Majestic!

My wife and two teen boys decided to drive 15 hours to spend Thanksgiving on the beach in the Gulf of Mexico. Crazy huh? It was worth every minute of the car ride. We stayed on the 4th floor of Phoenix III facing the Gulf and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. That is one view that never gets old. We were able to watch the sun both rise AND set from the comfort of our condo balcony. The natural beauty is unsurpassed. The weather could have been a bit warmer but shorts and a t-shirt was still the uniform of the day. It was a pleasure to work with Judy as she was very responsive to our questions. I wish all hosts were as kind and accommodating as she was. The condo was clean and orderly. The king sized beds were plenty comfortable and the sound of the crashing waves kept calling us to the balcony. There is no substitute to staying right on the beach. We can't wait to return because the ocean is always calling. Happiness comes in waves you know!

Fall Trip

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We have stayed here before and Judy (the host) is amazing to work with and answers any questions. It is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfort stay and stocked with anything you need, it is also within walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !
