Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed. The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required.


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
*Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
*Charcoal grill (one per unit).
*Wi-Fi and Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
* A “supply starter pack” including one laundry soap, one dishwasher tab, small dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen trash bag, starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, and mini bath soaps. Guest should plan to bring extras depending on length of stay.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

3rd or 4th time visiting Mrs. Shonna's condo (which should be enough of YES STAY HERE). We love the spaciousness and location during our December trips. Plenty of room for a family of 6. I still would add a little curtain in the loft to keep out the morning light/naptimes but otherwise zero complaints.

Property was very clean and convenient location to store and short walk to ocean. It was certainly a plus to have chairs, canopy and boards for kids to use in the ocean it would have been nice to have had 2 towels and washcloths for everyone. With just one provided, we just used our beach towels but that was a minor detail. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Birthday get a way

Great location for us. Easy beach access and not much traffic. Our only issue was the tiled floors were really slippery and with wet feet it got a little dicey.

We had a great time staying here. Great neighbor hood, close walk to the beach and loved the porch to sit out on in the evening. Everything we needed was in the house and walmart was 15min away. There were 2 restaurants, ice cream and a store a block away. We loved our stay here. The only thing that weirded me out was there were hand prints all over the walls and the slanted ceiling above our bed. Other than that everything was very clean.

Off Season Getaway

We came down for a wedding during the off season. This was a great place to stay with a few friends. Convenient location to all the sites. A little walk to the beach, but not terrible. The directions to check in were clear and easy to follow. We did find a few small issues with cleanliness. A bug here or there, but always a dead one (whew). We found one mystery spot on a bed linen, but just swapped it out for another from the closet. Nothing major. The beds were actually comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The sofas are not the best for long term sitting (watching movies etc). But you’re there for the beach anyway right?! Overall, we would stay here again.
