The Oasis of Orange Beach, formally named Phoenix West II Unit 2213 -
Enjoy the 2,275 sq foot condo 4 bedroom 4 bath.

This unit is located on the 22nd floor.
Master Bedroom - King size bed
2nd Bedroom - King size bed
3rd Bedroom - 2 Queen size beds
4th Bedroom - Area is not enclosed. This area is a separate area in Condo that has twin bunk beds.

Also there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms have cable and Smart flatscreen TVs.

This unit faces north with glorious views of the national park and limited views of the ocean and beach, as seen in pictures.

The Oasis of Orange Beach makes sure your stay is enjoyable. During the off season the main floor is set up for a large assortment of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books. They also set up events such as movie nights, devotions, and many more events to keep the guest entertained.

Other attractions to enjoy onsite - the beach, large indoor heated pool, fitness room, sauna, your choice of 6 hot tubs, putting green, adult pool, bar & grill, self grilling area, pickleball, and tennis courts, bar and grill, adults only pool, live music (during scheduled times) and more!!

Within walking distance of the state park trails, various restaurants and shopping.

Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, high chair, Pack and Play, kids toy box and toys, PlayStation 4 with games, Approx 50 DVDs, and various card and board games.

Parking: When you arrive please stop at the front desk on the 2nd floor to purchase your parking pass. It is a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase 2 parking passes. We do have overflow parking which is typically used for the 3rd vehicle, however space is still limited. Should you wish to bring an extra vehicle, then you will have to find a public parking spot off-site to park at your own risk.

Security and staff onsite. Management and Maintenance company local and on call 24/7 to assist as needed.

Excellent condo and property! Everything was as advertised. Very clean, well stocked, beautiful views. Oasis has done a great job taking on the management of this property and making it one of the best in all of Orange Beach! So much to do here, especially if you have young kids and teenagers. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect— right on the beach and a quick drive or Uber to everything we wanted to do—and the property itself was so much fun. The unit was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with comfy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. We especially loved the dedicated area where the kids could play video games, which was the perfect way for them to wind down at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Book This Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rich's condo. He communicated with us early on, responded quickly to all our texts, and ensured we got checked in and that all was going well. His condo had everything we needed. It was clean (kudos to his cleaning folks!), well-appointed, roomy, and just the place we needed to enjoy Spring Break. If you're looking for an awesome place to enjoy the Gulf, book with him. You won't regret it!

Perfect Condo

This condo was amazing! From the views to the amenities to the location, everything was perfect! The complex is clean, safe and located within 10 minutes to everything. The pools, bar/grill and beach was everything we could have asked for. The condo itself was clean, spacious and great for our group. The owner gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants as well. We will definitely be back to stay!

Dust balls everywhere!

The cleaning crew in this condo does a poor job. They barely surface dust the tops of items. The top of the headboards on the beds, the fans, levour doors, baseboards, cabinets all had a years worth of dust on them. The children coughed all week and I sneezed all the way home. I felt nasty. It had everything one would need and was nice but nasty. When I got home I was ready to shower. It wasn’t the safest place to stay for me with lung cancer.

The VERY BEST Condo hands down!!

With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths there was room for everyone! And for the first time EVER every bed was so comfortable everyone got a good nights sleep! The decor was beautiful and everything was clean… we will definitely be back next vacation… we were supposed to go to Anna Marie but Hurricane Helene changed that. At the last minute we found this condo and couldn’t be happier…. Orange beach has became our all time favorite!!

Beach Trip 2024

Every year our family meets for a beach vacation. This was our first stay at Oasis . The condo was beautiful! The children throughly enjoyed the lazy river. We plan on returning next year. Our stay was awesome!

Very nice condo. Very spacious and in good order. Lots of amenities at the complex. Enjoyed the slide and lazy river. Staff was very nice and took care of things. Elevators can get backed up at peak times but not bad otherwise.

Lovely and spacious

The unit we stayed in was great for our big family. We really enjoyed the accommodations and all of the resort amenities. The elevators can be tough to use at times, but otherwise we enjoyed everything!

Awesome!

I had work in Mobile and we decided to make it a family vacation (Grown kids and grandkids). We LOVED the property and the owner was so easy to communicate with! Great Job Rich! There was so much for the grands to do that they never said they were board!! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the amenities were perfect! We are looking into my next year's conference and are definitely going to book here again!!
