Welcome to the PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH 2 unit 1401 located on the 14th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable Direct unobstructed views are the best for your family with its amazing views of the white sand beach and Relaxing Gulf of Mexico.
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55"SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, king in the 3rd bedroom and two queen beds in the 4th bedroom.. The unit sleeps 10 in beds. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is not a sofa sleeper in this unit.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large Hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. Located directly across the street from Shrimp Basket and Zeke's Marina. As well as Ice cream, and Donuts store. We also offer free use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. The facility offers full time on site security.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. We enjoyed the condo and the Phoenix 2 property. Entire resort was spotless and seems to be well run. Condo had amazing views and was really. comfy. Plenty of space for all of us. Lazy river was enjoyed by all. Beach Storage closet was an added bonus. I’d stay here again. It was our first time to Orange Beach and we’d certainly go back. The people at orange beach are some of the nicest you’ll ever meet.

We loved our stay at the condo and our first trip to orange beach! The condo was a perfect fit for our multi-generational family with plenty of things to do for everyone. We had a couple issues upon check in that the owner and property manager worked to fix immediately. The building itself has great amenities with the pool and lazy river and we found everything to be clean and well-maintained! Access to the beach is wonderful and never too crowded, even in the middle of spring break. We would 100% book this condo again. Thank you!!

This property is very nice with great amenities to keep children entertained as well as adults. Great location on the beach with just a short walk down from the condo to the beach. The condo is well appointed and we enjoyed the scenic view of the coast from the balcony. Very nice!

The condo was nice and in a great location. The amenities of the building were excellent including the water slide and lazy river. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner, some of the towels were stained etc. also the living room TV did not work that well and multiple outlets were broken.

The condo was lacking security. It was so easy to access the condo, the pool and especially the beach access. This is a concern especially if you have minors. The place itself was nice and easy check-in process.

Overall it’s a nice place. I would not stay there again because of the way the property management (not owner) handles things. They lock the doors on the gulf facing side of the building when it storms ( or even it looks like it’s going to storm) and won’t let you in, you have to walk all the way around to the front in the storm. Their thought process for this is to keep people away from the pool area, which you have to walk through to get back in the building. They also will not let you sit under the covered areas by the outdoor pool area if there is a dark cloud, it’s the Gulf, there are clouds and storms frequently. There was a security officer that was very rude enforcing this rule, he yelled at everyone to tell them the rules that are not posted clearly. These doors that they lock are clearly emergency exit doors in which should never be locked, yes they lock them from inside too so if there were an emergency you would not be able to exit the building out the back side. The condo itself was in good shape, roomy and decently clean. The bedrooms are a little cluttered with furniture that’s too large and makes it hard to get to the other side of the bed. There are no kinds of spices, not even salt/pepper so if you’re cooking you will have to purchase some, along with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We had no problems, everything worked as it should. When you pay thousands of dollars to stay on the beach with a pool and then get screamed at makes me unhappy.

Family vacation to Gulf Shores, great facility overall with many convenient touches like carts for moving in/ moving out. Air and water for helping with beach gear. Parking garage had ample space for large vehicles with car top carriers. Views were great and the unit was spacious.

5 snowbirds gathered for 2 weeks to enjoy a bit of time in sunshine. The location is great and the condo was clean and comfortable. It could use a bit more cooking equipment, though we chose to eat out most of the time. The ice maker was a great plus, and the filtered water in the fridge door was appreciated. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay! Great views and seconds from having your toes in the sand. Late October is a great time to go. Weather was great and there was no competition for great beach spots. 1401 was a wonderful stay and the accommodations were fantastic. Highly recommended for a great beach vacation.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. You can still hear the ocean but high enough to block out outside pool noise. The condo was clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious condo.
