Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55"SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, king in the 3rd bedroom and two queen beds in the 4th bedroom.. The unit sleeps 10 in beds. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is not a sofa sleeper in this unit.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large Hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. Located directly across the street from Shrimp Basket and Zeke's Marina. As well as Ice cream, and Donuts store. We also offer free use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. The facility offers full time on site security.

Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.
