Experience luxury coastal living at Phoenix IX 1408, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath East corner condo offering 2,375 sq. ft. and sleeping up to 10 guests. Overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and just steps from miles of sugar-white sand, this exceptional retreat delivers panoramic views and unmatched comfort.

This spectacular corner unit features wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing every room—including all three bedrooms—to showcase breathtaking Gulf views. Each bedroom is en-suite and offers private balcony access, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful retreat and their own incredible vantage point. Balcony access is also available from the living room, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails overlooking the emerald waters.

The spacious open layout creates the perfect gathering space. The fully stocked kitchen allows the chef in your group to stay connected while preparing meals, and the large living area is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, a half-bathroom, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located just 0.3 miles from the Flora-Bama, this condo places you within easy walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, liquor stores, and exciting water sports.

Guests of Phoenix IX enjoy premier resort-style amenities including a beachside outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, indoor tennis court, fitness center, hot tub, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Beautiful condo! It's hard to find one with 3 bedrooms that ALL have a view of the ocean. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed, nice pans, dishes, etc. It was definitely home for the week. Had a great stay.

Everything about the place was fantastic! We loved the size, location, the amenities, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make meals (pots, pans, utensils, air fryer, etc) which helped with any meals we did not want to eat out.

Breathtaking Views!We had an incredible stay! The photos truly don’t do the view justice—waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was the highlight of our trip. The location is unbeatable, and being just steps from the sand made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!

What an absolutely gorgeous condo! The pics don't do it justice. We're just sorry we couldn't stay longer. The weather was perfect, ocean temp was like bath water. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's birthday as we go on vacation every year together this time of year. This was by far our favorite spot. The people were so friendly! Zero complaints. We will definitely be back!

Our “girls” trip consisted of 5 women over 50 and we had an absolute blast. The condo was perfect! We especially loved all of the windows and the amazing balcony where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view and breeze. We have no complaints at all and would highly recommend this condo!

Given that there were two or three sets of remote controls for various TVs and other equipment, it would be helpful to provide some instructions on how to use them.In the main master bedroom, the TV was not working or perhaps we could not find out how to get it to work.

Fantastic Girl’s Trip Spot

Great location.

Great location but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I had to go purchase new pillows and bath towels. The towels were thin from overuse. I also didn’t know about having to purchase parking passes until I got there. The location was great. Close walk to the beach. Appliances were in good working condition.

Family Christmas break.

We love this are. We have been coming for to this area for 30 years. Our family has a condo in Perdido but wasn’t vacant for this week. We decided to try phoenix IX and this unit was perfect. I love the corner unit, a lot of space, clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful view and perfect location.

Fabulous views of beach and ocean! Clean and overall nice. Great floor plan. 3 sofas so fabulous seating!!! I would rent again. Only negative is mattresses were not great quality.
