Perfect Orange Beach Location! Direct Beachfront View

Spacious and beautifully decorated, this recently renovated, non-smoking condo boasts every amenity for your vacationing pleasure. Breathtaking Gulf-front views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony, and master suite. This second floor condo is a perfect view. Eye level with the palm trees and waves breaking on the sugar white sand. Stairs are right outside your door and then you are just steps from the beach. Low enough to make the elevator optional. At night, lay in your king-size bed, enjoy the starlight, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee (Keurig or Drip Coffee Maker) and watch the dolphins leap and the palm trees sway from your second floor balcony. When you`re ready for the beach, no long hikes are necessary - you can almost feel the sea spray from your balcony! We also have other units available at The Breakers if you need additional space.

Convenience is key. This 1200 square foot condo is right across the street from three supermarkets, restaurants, discount stores, and new upscale shopping (see our map for great dining and entertainment suggestions). Minutes away from more great shopping and wonderful restaurants. Orange Beach is one of the most popular destinations on the Gulf Coast and The Breakers is one of the most popular complexes in Orange Beach. Come see why... You`ll never want to leave!

Beach lovers dream! Steps, literally just steps off the least crowded beach location. Pictures of how far it is are accurate. Kitchen materials as well as both bed and bath linens were excellent, soft and fresh.

We stayed at this property and while the view was truly beautiful and the furnishings were tastefully done, there were serious issues that made it unsuitable for families with young children. The balcony railings were spaced more than 5 inches apart, which is wider than current code (typically 4 inches). Our toddler’s head easily fit through the rails, which was a major safety concern. We immediately notified the host, who said they would look into it, but no immediate solution or guidance was offered.In addition, the overall cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The rug was visibly very dirty, the bathroom caulking and ceiling had mold, the bathtub plug was broken and moldy (see pictures) and the vents had built-up dirt and dust. I informed the host of these issues as well. While they did reply, they didn’t offer to send anyone to clean. There were also some cleanliness issues I didn’t mention to the host such as old food in the couch (snacks I know we didn’t bring)! This could be a fine spot for adults who want a nice view, but I would not recommend it for families with young children given the safety and cleanliness issues we experienced.

Perfect Family spot!!!

Loved the spot and it worked perfectly for my family (wife and I, along with 10 & 8yo boys and 3yo girl). The place was in a great location (right on the water with beach access and close to so many spots we love to go up and down the beach blvd) and had plenty of room to make sure we didn't feel cramped. 2nd floor gave great views but didn't make us nervous about our 3 yo being out there with us. Had one small issue with the WiFi (was my issue/user error) but was able to contact the hosts and they responded super quickly, which was nice since I needed to connect for some work stuff to close out the week. We will absolutely look for this place again as we come to Orange Beach every year for a long weekend in early June. Thank you again to the hosts and good luck to everyone looking for a great place to stay. CBR

Great Getaway!

We wish the weather would have been more cooperative, but this was a great condo. The host was great! Condo was in a great location, it was nice that it was just a short walk and you are on the beach. You could take the elevator or with it being only on the second floor the stairs. We will definitely be back!

We loved the spacious condo and it's location. It was really nice! Our only complaint is that the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom very much need replacing! We would definitely stay there again if this one item was upgraded! Thank you!!

Nice stay with grand girls

My wife and I rented this condo to take 2 granddaughters (Age 13 & 10) to the beach for fall break and it was a perfect trip and experience. They loved having their own room with TV. The condo is very clean and well equipped. It was nice having such a large living room with big comfy couch and love seat. It's a very short walk to the beach and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. We're looking forward to renting this condo again to take a couple of other grands with us since we now have 9!

It was okay!

The room looked better in pictures than in person! It was clean and we liked it! We had a bad experience with a maintenance man that opened the door and came in with out knocking! Overall good stay!

Perfect Location

Easy access to the beach, market, restaurants, and other attractions. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but overall ok. This is our second stay at this location.

Not Clean

Overall, we ended up having a great stay. The exterior of the building is very old and needs repairs. Our room was not at all clean to my standards so I ended up getting in the door and having to re-clean every surface and even vacuum. Location was great and easy to get down to the beach with minimal stairs.
