BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Peaceful oasis

The house was spotless and just as described… beautiful and updated with plenty of space. Absolutely wonderful location with fishing just outside back door and beach just a short walk away. Definitely would recommend.

Horrible experience

The ac did not work and the property manager said it would be two days to get the ac fixed didnt offer any box fans I had to request them at 10:30 at night! It was in the 80's in this house! The floors were dirty .. my crawling baby had black sticky dirt all over his knees and feet and all our feet had black dirt on them from the floorsThere was dog funny balls and hair in the corners in the bedroom and pet stains all over the furniture and blankets.We went to cook and there was left over grease on the pans and plates were dirty as well as the crockpot was not clean!

Gulf Shores Little Lagoon

The reason for the 4 stars is that the house needs some updating, and I think the check in time could be earlier because 4pm is very late (just my opinion), since check out time is very early also (10am, although we left around 7:30am). Picture from lifting rug up to see what was going on. The kitchen floor in front of the stove had a rug over loose flooring that needed repair/replacing, and moved slightly when walking across that area (a heads up and warning would have been nice). The outside hose sprayer was broken , the boat lift is very rusted and the lights through out the house flickered (may need new bulbs in different areas). The location was great, and it was nice and clean. We were not pleased with two of the bedrooms because they were extremely small, but adequate (pictured appeared larger). The biggest disappointment, and the reason we rented the house was for the boathouse, so we could launch and go into the Gulf to fish, but unfortunately, not being from the area, we did not know there is no access to the Gulf from the Little Lagoon. You can’t take a boat through the small pass. Do note it only has showers, if you have small children (we knew this before going). They could also supply full rolls of toilet tissue. Overall, not bad, just needs a little uprating. Last note, very strict on arrival and departure not a minute sooner than 4pm or a minute late for anyone who may struggle with this lol!

Amazing place

This house was absolutely beautiful and in a great location, very clean and all furniture and finishing are up to date . Kitchen was fully stocked , everything you needed to cook with they have ! Loved the outside sitting areas so relaxing! Definitely will stay again !

Awesome Property

Don't usually leave reviews bc pet friendly vrbos suck...this property met all my expectations and more.. from the furniture thats was t bought at a flea market and a beautiful yard for our dog that was mowed and does not have sand spurs everywhere.. wonderful kitchen to cook in as well.. fishing off the pier was great

Gulf getaway

This was a beautifully done home. The baths and kitchen were gorgeous. Management was easy to work with. View was excellent.neighborrhood was safe , quiet and nice. I will say there are no spices, salt, pepper so bring your own. Also one small rotten area on deck could injure someone. Will return for sure

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed this clean, modern, beautifully decorated and well-equipped house. It was like a lake house and a beach house in one! We loved watching the herons, pelicans, and bluebirds from the back deck. My kids had a blast finding crabs in the lagoon. We enjoyed Ripstiking and roller blading from the house to the bike path, and we saw an alligator on our "Alligator Island Pier" walk. Our dog enjoyed the nice big yard. We ate at the Beach House Kitchen with our dog one night and walked home and really enjoyed the burgers.We would definitely come back. It was the perfect house to spread out and enjoy a restful Spring Break. It's usually hard to find such nice dog-friendly rentals!

Love this great house right on the lagoon

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Doc for New Years! The entire house was super spacious and had everything we needed. I particularly loved sitting on the deck looking out at the lagoon. So much natural light and views of the lagoon from the kitchen, dining room, and living room! The Kitchen had a very large walk in pantry and a lot of cabinet space for storage. We will be back!
