  • There’s nothing quite like relaxing on a large, newly built private beachfront deck directly on the beach, complete with an outdoor dining table overlooking the Gulf. From here, you can hear the waves, feel the breeze, smell the salt air, and see the ocean stretching endlessly before you—with your private boardwalk leading directly to the beach, just approximately 22 steps from the shoreline.

    The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need to cook and entertain—from a crockpot and air fryer to a large shrimp boiler, making it easy to prepare anything from quick meals to memorable seafood feasts.

    This beachfront retreat, appropriately named Ocean Dreams, is cherished not only for its stunning Gulf views and unforgettable sunrise & sunsets, but also for the sense of peace and serenity it provides. Recently renovated, the home blends coastal elegance with relaxed comfort, creating an ideal escape for families and friends.

    Located in an exclusive Fort Morgan Beach neighborhood, Ocean Dreams offers a truly private getaway with views for days. As shown in the photos, the home feels essentially brand new and is ready for your family to enjoy. Unlike the crowded beaches of Gulf Shores or Destin, Fort Morgan features a quiet, wide-open shoreline that feels like your own private beach—no rows of chairs, no crowds, just space to relax and unwind.

    Amenities include:
    • Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys
    • Beach cart for easy trips to the shore
    • Cornhole for outdoor fun
    • Private parking for up to 5 vehicles

    The family-friendly neighborhood also features two pools (one heated), as well as tennis courts, a basketball goal, and pickleball courts.

The house was perfect for for family of five (3 young kids ages 1-7 years old) & my parents. It was well maintained, and the owners went above and beyond to make it feel welcoming and cozy. The communication was excellent as we booked the trip 2 days prior to checking in. The walk to the beach from the house is one of the best parts as it took 1-2 mins to walk down to the beach or back up again (and it was pretty flat too which makes a big difference). We would 100% recommend. It exceeded all of our expectations & we truly enjoyed the trip and experience.

This is the place! 4 bedrooms all on 1 floor. Amazing gulf view! Best uncrowded beach access ever. July 4th 250th and we had all the room in the world. Morgantown is the best. We overpacked — the host provides everything and the W/D meant we could’ve packed a lot lighter. White sand. Comfy swivel chairs by picture windows. Adults in their own bedrooms with grandkids super happy with double bunks in their own room. While there is plenty to do and see nearby, we only left to buy fresh snapper and crab. Trip of a lifetime for “Grandma’s” 65th birthday.

The entire process was easy. We had a great check-in experience, we had one issue that came up with the icemaker that was addressed within 24 hours. The owners were very responsive and the view of the beach was unobstructed and quite beautiful. 5/5 would recommend.

We’ve been to the Fort Morgan area many times and this has been our favorite house so far! The kids loved the bunk beds, the adults loved the easy beach access, and everyone had a great time. An extremely minor detail- the tub didn’t stop up very well, as if the seal doesn’t hold. Didn’t really impact us as I had packed a travel tub just in case, but useful to know!

Super fast and easy check in process. Owners offered great suggestions for restaurants and activities for the week. House was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beach was beautiful and quiet. We spend the first evening and next morning watching dolphins swim around for hours! This was our first time taking our kids (5, 3, & 1) on vacation and to the beach and the house and all it came with made it a dream week! Back porch also had locked gates, which helped keep the toddlers from wandering off the deck. We can’t wait to come back! Also we very much appreciated the check out process. We were not expected to spend the last day cleaning, which is always a nice surprise.

We loved this rental!

We will definitely be returning with our family. This house was so nice and it was awesome to be right on the beach with our own walkway down to the sand. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Great, beautiful view and very close to the water.

We will book this home every year, our family really enjoyed the beautiful view every morning, the location was perfect and we didn’t have anyone within 50+ yards on either side of us on the beach and that was what we were looking for. The home was beautiful and having our own walk way to the beach was awesome. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

This a very nice rental. Right on the beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs for the family. We will definingly be coming back to Morgan Town again.

Beautiful property

This place was amazing! Our family had the best vacation and this place has it all! Kitchen was fully stocked and beach accessories were all there, as well. We didn't pack a single beach chair. Thank you to the owners who keep this place so nice for all families to enjoy.

Wonderful quiet beach house getaway

We loved our stay at this property. The view was exactly as the pictures showed and better. It is located in a very quiet area away from all the nightlife and busy entertainment. Perfect for a quiet and restorative getaway. The house was clean and neat with all the amenities we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the near futures. We left like we were living in a DREAM
