Welcome to PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH unit 1406 located on the 14th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Walk to restaurant's and bar's and shopping.
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious. The unit is professionally furnished with a Coastal flair. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. As an added feature to this unit we allow our guest to use the owners closet located on the same floor as the unit. It can be used for extra room to store your beach supplies, chairs, rafts, coolers, and much more. You will be given a door code to access the owners closet.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with free high speed WI-FI, full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 12 in beds. Plus there is an additional Sofa Sleeper for two additional person for a total of 14. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Hottub Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this Phoenix has to offer. Loved this condo. Being a corner unit the side view from table and den area was beautiful, Outside balcony had a great view of beach from left to right. Also a table, 2 lounge chairs and many chairs. Pictures on VRBO looked exactly as shown. Condo was comfortable and well supplied. Extra closet outside front door to store beach items was a plus. We enjoyed everything from beds to den. The hostess communicated quickly when i needed to text her.

Impressive views of Orange Beach! This condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores, and a refreshing lazy river pool.The owner was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future. What a perfect stay!

The beach view was absolutely beautiful. The supplies left were a nice help until we could get some like soap, shampoo, papertowels etc. The wet bar could use some supplies for ie wine glasses, cork screw, shaker etc just basic things. The condo was very clean and spacious. We don't report it but when you closed the refrigerator the freeze door would open didn't catch it a few times! Overall, would recommend and would stay again.
Water slide! Best thing for the kids!

First time to Orange Beach

Prefacing this review with the fact that this was our first time visiting Orange Beach so what we have gotten accustomed to in renting other condos in other destinations could be different. To begin, I much prefer an updated condo and will pay more based on a more updated unit. When I say updated, I’m referring to the look and feel of the unit. IMO, the photos in this listing were quite deceptive. The furniture is worn, the drapes were very dirty, the living furniture was a poop brown fabric, the bed coverings were very low end and the overall feel of the unit is much less appealing in person than in the photos. The kitchen was extremely bare- we had to use a pot to cook eggs in. There were 2 skillets provided that were the farthest from nonstick you could imagine that took a lot of soaking to clean after attempting scrambled eggs. I will say that the units we’ve typically rented were used by their owners at some points throughout the year so the kitchen included basics like salt, pepper, pan spray, etc. so this could just be what I’ve been used to and totally normal to be so bare. To have a unit that sleeps 14 people, the towels were minimal. We had to wash bath towels everyday. There were 11 of us with a total of 10 bath sized towels. I think more towels would be appreciated by guests. We did receive an email prior to our stay saying the toiletries would be minimal as a start to our stay, but I advise to take that seriously. A couple of the bathrooms only had half a roll.

This is beautiful condo and very spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room. Wonderful Ocean views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and the unit is on the corner so you get views from everywhere in the condo. The kids loved the lazy river ad slide. We had a great family vacation and would book this condo again.

Beautiful condo exceeded our expectations

A very comfortable and beautiful condo with a large balcony with a great view right on the beach. Having the lazy river and slide was an big bonus for all our family, all ages. The covered pool was great and had a hot tub, plus there was an outside area with tables and charcoal grills that we took advantage of one evening cooking burgers. Even though the condo was on the 14th floor, we didn't have to wait long for the elevator. We had 11 in our group, and everyone was very comfortable, and not crowded. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was easy to get good rest, and also spend time visiting with family in the living area, or on the balcony. There's even a pickleball court on the top floor. And we felt like a big bonus also, was that we had our own locked storage unit across the hall from our condo where we kept all our beach items so we didn't have to take it into the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked, and even had a slow cooker. Also, the condo had an ice machine that came in very handy. Our garbage disposal stopped working, and with a text to the property manager, a lady came within the hour and fixed it. Before our vacation, I messaged the property manager, Kelly, many questions, which she answered quickly, putting my mind at ease, knowing what to expect. The owners definitely thought of everything to make our time at the beach a very wonderful and fun week.

We stayed for four nights, and it was exactly what we needed to relax! Three of the four bedrooms offer stunning ocean views, which made our mornings even better. Kelly, the owner, was incredibly responsive and easy to reach—he answered all of our questions right away. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward.One feature we really appreciated was the large storage closet located right across the hall. It gave us plenty of space for our beach gear, so we didn’t have to drag sand into the condo or clutter the living area. The unit itself was very clean and stocked with all the basic essentials.The only issue we noticed was with the refrigerator’s water and ice—it had a strong floral, chemical taste, and (TMI) even made our toddler’s dirty diaper smell like chemicals. It might just be time for a filter change. Thankfully, there’s a separate ice maker and filtered water tap in the bar area, which worked perfectly.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again!

Great location and amenities

The property itself was nice. I wouldn’t call it luxurious but the furnishings were new and the beds were okay. The problem we had was the cleanliness. Upon arriving everything seemed okay, until I noticed how disgustingly dirty our feet were from walking barefoot in the condo. I mopped the whole place and the water was brown when I finished. I can understand as I have vacation rentals and sometimes you don’t get the cleaning you pay for. I wasn’t going to even mention it or complain. Until my daughters went to bed and found crusty stains on the sheets…. Disgusting doesn’t even cover it when you find something like that. The Jack and Jill bath also had mold growing on the shower curtain and the garbage disposal smelled horrible, I cleaned it out and it had shrimp shells and hair that didn’t go down the drain. I had contacted the owner earlier because we couldn’t stay on our balcony because a few condos over was smoking pot and it was so strong we didn’t want our kids out there. I asked about contacting security and she told me to go to the lobby to find them or find a sign with a number posted there. As a vacation property owner I thought the owner should’ve handled that. I did contact her about the floors and bedding. She apologized and said she’d send the cleaners back the next day with clean sheets and take care of it. They brought a big bag of sheets and towels but didn’t change the beds, they just left them for us to do. We loved Phoenix Orange Beach and the condo too.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this beautiful condo. From booking to departure, it was smooth sailing. Condo was very clean and well-kept. Rarely heard any noise from other floors other than the occasional chair. Pools were very nice, and the lazy river was fun. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all for Spring break. Loved the dolphins stopping by in the morning and evenings every day! Location couldn't have been better. Easy access to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Christmas Vacation

Overall great experience . Condo was beautiful and just like the pictures and description. Shower curtain needed attention and kitchen was not as well stocked as we would like but overall a wonderful unit with super easy check in and out procedure. Will definitely return.
