Seashell a 5 Bedroom 5.5 Bathroom stunning home is at Laguna Key is a waterfront luxury new home in the gated community of Laguna Key at the end of West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Laguna Key is the only gated beachfront community in Gulf Shores. The community has private beach access, private lagoon access with two piers, a pool, a tennis court, and is bordered by the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Two minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the pool on a private road. Perfect for 3 to 4 families or 10-12 adults.



The Space:

Seashell at Laguna Key is a spacious waterfront home located within the gated Laguna Key community at the west end of West Beach in Gulf Shores. The neighborhood is both beachfront and lagoon-front, bordered to the west by the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. The setting offers open views, private community access points, and a quieter pace while remaining a short drive from Gulf Shores dining and activities.



The home is arranged to comfortably accommodate larger groups, with multiple gathering areas and outdoor spaces. The main living level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and porches on both the Gulf and lagoon sides. Design elements such as shiplap walls, a large kitchen island, and multiple seating areas create a layout that supports group meals and relaxed downtime.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and group meals. Appliances include a range with hood, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, beverage cooler, commercial ice maker, and standard countertop appliances. Cabinets and drawers are stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, and serving items.



Sleeping accommodations are spread across two levels. The home includes two primary bedroom suites, one on the main level and one upstairs, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include queen beds with private ensuite bathrooms. A bunk room features two built-in bunk sets—one full-over-full and one twin-over-twin—providing flexible sleeping options for younger guests.



Upstairs also includes a secondary living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, and covered porch overlooking Little Lagoon.



Smart TVs are installed throughout the home. Streaming access is provided via smart TV platforms, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available for general streaming and work use. A DVD player and stereo system are located in the main living area.



Outdoor spaces include covered porches, balconies, and a ground-level patio with seating. Guests may use the charcoal grill, beach wagons, and beach chairs when available.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the home and Laguna Key community amenities, including the community pool, tennis court, beach boardwalk with gazebo, and lagoon piers. Beach access is provided exclusively via the community boardwalk located near the pool.



Laguna Key allows golf carts, and designated parking areas are provided at the beach, pool, and lagoon access points. Guests choosing to bring or rent a golf cart must follow HOA rules, which will be provided prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Laguna Key is a gated beach front and lagoon front community at the very end of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. The beach is to the south, the lagoon is to the north, and the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge is to the west. It is situated in a quiet part of the beach, but is only a quick drive away from all the restaurants, festivals, and activities of Gulf Shores - it is just under 6 miles down the beach from The Hangout. The amenities of Laguna Key make it a perfect destination for family and friend vacations - beach boardwalk with gazebo, pool with bathrooms, tennis courts, pier onto the lagoon with gazebo, and quiet private interior streets behind the gated entrance.



Seashell is located directly on Little Lagoon and is a very short walk to the community pool and beach access.



Getting Around:

Laguna Key is the gated community at the end of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. Approach Gulf Shores on Highway 59. When the road ends at The Hangout, turn right onto West Beach Boulevard. Laguna Key is 6 miles down West Beach Boulevard. Once inside the neighborhood, take the first right onto Seahorse Circle, and Seashell is 3224 just before the community pier.



Other Things to Note:

Laguna Key is a residential, family-oriented community with full-time residents. HOA guidelines apply to all guests and are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment.



Important community rules include:



Parking: Street parking is not permitted. Guests may park up to four vehicles in the driveway and two vehicles in the garage (maximum six vehicles total). Boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed.



Beach access: Access is only permitted via the community boardwalk. Crossing dunes or private property is not allowed.



Amenity use: Community amenities are reserved for registered guests only.



Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and at least one guest age 25 or older must remain on site throughout the stay.



Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Outdoor parties and loud music are not permitted.



This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.

Very comfortable for our family trip!! Beautiful back porch views. Short walk or cart ride to beach. Friendly gate guards. Quiet and relaxing. Only 4 star was for location…….far to conveniences but that’s what makes it quiet and restful!!! Overall, very nice place to take family of all ages. Golf cart convenient and fun!!!

Amazing property!

This house is absolutely beautiful and is the perfect location in Gulf Shores. The beach is close and not crowded. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the lagoon and there is a semi private boardwalk to a great fishing spot on the lagoon. There is so much to do without driving anywhere. The pool is an amazing alternative to the beach. We loved our stay!!

Great house, fantastic location

Laguna Key is the best-kept beach secret. Beach access on one side and lagoon access on the other makes for a fun filled week! This house has beautiful lagoon views. It is clean and spacious and very comfortable. We have been vacationing in this neighborhood for over fifteen years and have stayed in just about every house available for rent- this one ranks very high in our book!

Wonderful Home and Community!

This home is beautiful!!! the Community is amazing and the view is breath taking! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking fabulous meals! The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. Everything was super clean and exceptional. I would strongly recommend this home!
