Phoenix on the Bay Condo 1516 in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy your stay in a coastal themed penthouse condo on the top floor (5th) with a spectacular view of Terry Cove Bay and Perdido Bridge from your oversized balcony. Several updates have been made in the last few years to accommodate our guests.

New refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer are some of the changes we have made to make your stay a vacation you will remember. Relax in the whirlpool tub in master bathroom or in one of two comfortable recliners after a busy day at the pool, beach, fishing or boating. The living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 sitting chairs and 2 recliners. The large dining room table seats 6 with 2 bar stools for additional guests. This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 8 and comes stocked with a chef-ready kitchen, 3 flat screened TVs, and wall hairdryers in each full bath. Look at the great view from a large oversized balcony with table, swivel rocker chairs, and a reclining lounger. There's also a laundry room in the condo with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

There are so many other amenities including: a lazy river, several pools, large water slide, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lighted tennis court and pickle ball court on the roof, a basketball hoop, grilling area, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Alabama beaches are very close by car or boat. Lots of nearby islands are awaiting you by boat or kayak. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped with palms, tropical plants, and spectacular lighting. Sit on the docks or fish off the docks. The covered parking garage is near the condo for conveniently unloading luggage and groceries. There are great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes drive. *A parking pass must be purchased in lobby upon arrival for $59/vehicle (limit 2). This is required for all rental guests per Phoenix on the Bay Association and subject to change.

Phoenix on the Bay offers boat trailer parking for $10/day, if available.


Www.gulfcoastrentalco.com also has parking on Canal Road next to Dollar General. Call 251-510-7226. A boat slip may be available, if requested at time of booking. A boat launch is conveniently located on site. There is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Ice is available to buy onsite at the fish cleaning station.

Very clean. I loved the way the condo was decorated. Very easy check-in and checkout. Directions were easy. Always replied to my messages very promptly. It was perfect!! Will likely be booking again in the future. Great amenities. Lazy river and pools did not disappoint.

Amazing condo and property

We loved staying at Phoenix on the Bay! Our condo was excellent! The property amenities were excellent! We had a great time! Kids really enjoyed the lazy river. Will stay here again and recommend to family and friends. It was only a short drive to the beach with public parking 10.00 per day. It had restrooms, showers and life guards on the beach.

Perfect location and very accessible to the beach. Far enough off the main roads to be quiet and away from traffic. I am local to the area and have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay on three occasions while visiting back home. This propertt had everything we needed for a family vacation. Check in and out instructions were very clear and manager/owner were very helpful.

Wonderful time!

My family loved the beautifully decorated condo! The were never far from the lazy river or fishing! We haven't been home long and they are already asking to go back. We look forward to booking this comfortable place again!

Fun at Phoenix on the Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix on the Bay. It was very clean and well stocked. Parking was basically right outside the condo. The pool and lazy river were just perfect. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Cheri made the check-in seamless. Highly recommend.

This property was great for our family vacation. The extra roll away beds in the bathroom closet was perfect and easy to roll out and use. The pools, lazy river, and grounds are perfect to keep everyone happy. Just be mindful that you may not have a float for the lazy river when it’s busy. There was extra floats in the closet in the bedroom. Super happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the stay

This was a perfect place for our small family. We met nice people along the stay. The only downfall I would say was the parking deck. Going in a constant circle makes you feel sick going up and down it. Other than that we loved it!!!

New Year's Trip

The condo was in a great location to enjoy the bay at Orange Beach. Sidewalks to enjoy a stroll to local stores, eateries, and marinas. The condo was clean and the communication with the owner was great. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to do any cooking. The beds are comfortable. This is our second time staying in the condo, and we would love to come back next year.

Loved Lazy River

The weather was bad for us as it rained most of the time. Will never book in September again. Got to enjoy the lazy river the first afternoon we arrived, but it was closed the next couple of days. We actually left a day early because of the weather. Wish we could have received a refund for that last day.
