Welcome to Blue Atlantis!

Recently updated gulf front vacation home - accommodates up to 16, wedding friendly* too. Renovated upper balcony decking (May'17). Recently replaced High Capacity refrigerator installed in the kitchen. Recently replaced outdoor stairs and outdoor shower with platform and updated entrance landscaping, too! Please note there is a security camera located on the entrance door & exterior deck stairs.

Hi Speed WIFI with Premium Gaming Ready Router!! Great for the kids with gaming systems! Top of the line high speed router and modem too. 80 inch Media Room TV is Smart, so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc with your account! Every bedroom now with Smart TV's too (including new 42" wall mounted Smart TV in bunk room for kids, movies, gaming!). TV programming is provided by HULU, with local channels available with ESPN+ and Disney+ also provided!

Blue Atlantis is an elegant, 6BR/5BA, beach front home located along the beautiful Alabama gulf coast. There are 4 master bedrooms -- 2 on each floor (new mattresses in all 4 master bedrooms added Nov 2023). . Enjoy the views of the sugar white sand and sparkling gulf waters from one of three private balconies. The main floor balcony is very spacious and runs along the length of the home. The upper floor balconies can be accessed from the media room and both master bedrooms. Two bathrooms have jetted tubs.

This fully equipped vacation home includes a gourmet kitchen with gas chef's stove! Boasting two stainless steel D/W, double oven, ice maker, large wine coolers, and modern appliances. There is a 55" LED HDTV with Roku in the Kitchen. Custom Granite Kitchen Table sits up to 12 people with additional seating at the adjacent bar.

Sound system runs throughout the entire house into every room, with controls in each room to adjust the sound. BLUETOOTH Capable (recent addition) + AUX input that can play through stereo system in house, separately in every room. Amenities also include stereo w/CD, 8 TVs(6 Large Smart Flat Screen), HD Direct TV in Master Bedrooms(4), Blueray DVD players.

80" SMART LED HDTV Flat Screen in mediaroom! Awesome for Sporting Events, Movies & Gaming. Second wine cooler and full size washer/dryer located upstairs.

Main floor fully tiled with Italian tile in this 5,000+ sq ft home. Baby Grand Piano in the Formal Dining Area. Parking for 4-6 cars; BBQ grill on premise (new aluminum grill May 2024). Fire place operating instructions are only given during seasonal weather.

Houses require a 4 night minimum in off season and weekly from Sat-Sat in summer. Ring Doorbell camera and exterior security camera have been installed for security use only. E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg.

*All events must be approved prior to reserving; hosting an unapproved, unauthorized wedding/event will incur a non-refundable $500.00 fine and eviction as defined in the Rental Agreement.

The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived but they got someone out quickly. The house is big and grand. Would book again next year but I have gotten to the point where I need an elevator.

Amazing house

This house is amazing. So beautiful. We had 16 people and everyone had a bed. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. They had all new sheets and blankets for trundle beds and pull out couch. The media room so so cool. The house is so big so even tho we had 16 we didn’t feel cramped at all. Very easy and short walk to beach. Couldn’t have as for a better house. 10/10 recommend

Summer Vaca for family

This home was in a great location. Far enough out that you had space on the beach but close enough to be convenient to shopping and activities. Our family loved the large kitchen, dining and family areas including the porch. Everyone was able to find fun to be had and relax! We were also able to have groceries and other items delivered by Walmart which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

The place was beautiful. Perfect for everyone with us. Plenty of room and if you needed a little time to yourself you could go to you room and regroup. The views are gorgeous and to sit out on the big porch and have breakfast or a drink after a busy day was the perfect start or end of your day.

Oceanfront Views Galore!

Very spacious home, with unobstructed ocean views. Photos and description of the home were all spot on, IMO. Lots of room to roam and claim on the beach, right in front of the home. Loved all the decks overlooking the ocean too. We finally had a dining room table large enough to seat all of our family together, even the kids! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped and stocked with pots, pans, dishes, tableware, etc. The property manager was very helpful and prompt via the VRBO messaging center. Overall, a truly great experience. We made lasting family memories at this awesome beach house.

We checked in Saturday and left Friday morning. The location is breathtaking! The size and layout of the house worked perfectly for the size and age ranges within our group. Unfortunately, the linens were not clean; all 5 garage cans were full when we arrived (Saturday evening) and were not emptied until the Thursday before we left (despite multiple calls to the property manager). The dampness of the carpet really made the hallways smell moldy.

Our family vacation at Blue Atlantis

Our stay was nothing but outstanding! The house and location were exactly as described. We had one issue with people trespassing, which Gulf Sands addressed very quickly. This home set a new level for our beach experience.

When we arrived a stranger was showering in the outdoor shower. Said she does it all the time. Property was not thoroughly cleaned. ( property is too big to clean in 4 hours) ex. under media chairs was food. Hanging chairs on balcony are rusted and fall over when you sit on them. Needs updated and small things fixed. Kitchen drawers were jammed and wouldn’t open. Faucet ran constantly. Wallpaper falling off and ripped up. And more It’s a stunning location and breathtaking view. We had a small wedding there and it was a beautiful setting.

Absolutely Amazing

Could not have picked a better place. It was roomy and airy. There were 17 family members and enough room for everyone. My husband has mobility issues so we had problems getting him up and down so an elevator would have been a plus but.......overall we had a ball. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Leave your Worries at the Door, because when you enter your problems will melt away

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. The house was everything you would need for an exceptional family vacation. You are literally steps away from a beautiful private beach area for all ages to enjoy. The house layout is very spacious with for our group of 9. The rooms all have a beautiful balcony with very large bedrooms and bathrooms. The downstairs living space is perfect for hanging out and dancing to music with the wireless Bluetooth speaker. Not to mention the beautiful large front porch that is perfect for relaxing in the morning and afternoon. Overall, we had an amazing stay and it’s just what we needed to unwind and escape away from everyday life. 10/10 recommend this property.

Great family house and location!

We had an incredible time at this property. Kids enjoyed the large upstairs space and us adults had the 2 rooms downstairs. Refrigerator, ovens, dishwashers and all appliances worked great and at a large capacity. The view of the beach was wonderful and the walk to the beach was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again sometime! Thank you for sharing this gem with our friends and family.

better than it shows in pictures

The location by land. and water was perfect. Short walk to the beach. The insides was bigger than the pictures showed and the media room was great especially for the teenagers. Kitchen was great except for the oven that was broke, and 1 of the dishwashers did not work( which we found out the hard way), everything else was good. Loved the ice maker. Would love to get the whole family together again, would go back there.
