The Space:
At Gulfside Townhomes #32, you won't be bothered by guests above or below you. You also don't have to worry about the beach or pool being overly crowded as only 40-units share the 250' of private beach.

Upon arrival, park under the unit, walk up one flight of stairs, use the keyless entry for access, and enter your beachfront paradise. The first floor includes the well-appointed living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and washer & dryer. There is wood-grain tile floors throughout the common area. The living room can comfortably seat up to 7 guests at once and has a private balcony that overlooks the beach, courtyard, and pool. The dining area will seat 6 at the table plus 2 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare meals for the entire family.

Upstairs you will find the master suite which features a private bath, flat screen TV, king-size bed, and a private balcony overlooking the beach, courtyard and pool. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed plus a twin-size bunk bed, mounted TV, and bathroom access.

This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

Other Things to Note:
One parking pass is provided with the booking and is included in the "cleaning fee". If you need a second, it will be $35. If you have a third vehicle, overflow parking is available at our office for $50.
