Paradise Duplex Unit 9A es un dúplex bellamente decorado de tres habitaciones y dos baños. Paradise Duplex Unit 9B es la otra unidad del dúplex. El diseño de cada unidad refleja la otra. The beach house was the way to Vacation!!

We were there for four days three nights. We checked in late was emailed the code which made checking in easy peasy. Which was a code on the door no having to check in find a key kinda thing. The door punch made it simple. The house was clean and had everything we needed to grill and cook each day. It was like a duplex which I wasn’t aware of until we got there. Our neighbors greeted us upon arrival and we all ended up exchanging numbers and all plan to come back next year together! There were four pools. Two of which were in front of the house. How convenient. And the beach literally steps away! We will be back!!

My family of 4 had another great stay. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfy. Storage under the unit has pool floats, chairs, and beach toys.

Great location updates needed

We loved the location of the condo. Close to beach with a great boardwalk and close to pool/hot tub. You can tell the condo is currently for sale. There are several minor things that need to be freshened up.

Explorie was not worth the money. The captain announced that they wouldn’t catch anything that day. That’s not the way to start a trip, especially with 14 and 15 year old boys. How discouraging can you get. And the few dolphins that we saw on the dolphin cruise were just that. A few. Wish we hadn’t spent the money. And it would be really nice if you included in you essentials, that board and trailers are not allowed on the property. We hauled a boat down there and had to find a place to store it.

No Wifi and passing the buck all the time.

The unit it self was very worn out. The couches where full of sand and the building was the must weathered in the complex. We never had our of Wifi access. After calling property manger and being told I have to call internet provider, They both passes the buck back and forth of who was responsible for Internet. After getting forceful they ended up putting in a new rotor. But the new rotor would not work with Apple produces. I final gave up trying to get ahold of someone to get the issues fixed as it was clear no one wanted to take the lead and fix the issues. The location to pool and beach where Wonderfull. They had a bunch of old broken sand toys, random small grill and beach cart if you wanted to use anything that it seems like other just left. I ended up throwing 1/2 of it away just to help clean up.

Spring Break Vacation

Our family had a nice stay at this beach house. Some goods/not so goods: -location to the beach the best feature. You have a view of the beach from both balconies. Quick 5 min walk and you are right on the beach. -our family of 6 fit just right in the house -kitchen supplies were just right; plenty of dishes and a random array of utensils, pots/pans, and small appliances. -little storage room had some boogie boards, chairs, and a wagon to pull it down to the beach. -we loved the fact that our door opened by code so we didn’t have to worry about who had the keys, who was coming and going when, etc. -Kiva Dunes association/resort left much to be desired. One of the outdoor pools was not heated (so basically unusable) and the other one wasn’t in service. There was another across the property but also unheated. The indoor pool was fine, but our key fobs never worked. Two outdoor hottubs were functioning, but one was so hot it felt like a crawfish boil and the other the jets didn’t work and it smelled musty. Unfortunately we were there when groups of 10-12 college kids would congregate around the hottub (drinking/vaping) so then families were not really able to use these spaces during high volume times. Loud music at night. I get that the owners of this Vrbo can’t personally do anything immediately about hear issues, but just mentioning it because it did affect the enjoyment of our stay. -WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived, so had to spend 30-45 min on the phone figuring that out, but then it was working and had no issues after that.

Great location

Great location with close proximity to the pool and beach. Kitchen needs a little updating to give it a facelift. Could use some updated furniture several pieces were old. Overall we had a wonderful 8 days.

Great trip

We had a great time in this home. It was clean and comfortable. A great place to stay with children as the pool and beach are just wraps away. Kitchen was well equipped, although coffee makers could be upgraded. Master king bed downstairs was comfy. We spent lots of time on patio which was very comfortable with nice views.

This is a winner!

Check-in process was smooth and easy, basically non existent. Awesome little neighborhood with multiple pools. Wifi worked perfectly for us with 5 cell phones, a tablet and fire stick. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, only needed aluminum foil due to the grill grate being rusted but it worked fine. You're able to see the pool from the deck and great view of the gulf which is about a 4 minute walk. I would reccomend a wagon for all your beach things as the walk seems much further after hours in the sun! The patio furniture is a little rough, my 89 lb daughter's chair collapsed while eating supper, which actually made for a good laugh. Will rent again!

Plantation Paradise 9A

Location was a short walk to the beach and overlooking a very nice pool area. The condo was very well equipped and very clean, and everything as advertised. We loved the large deck area with good chairs. The rental people were great to deal with. The only problem that we had was the wifi did not work for 2 days, and was very spotty for the rest of the week. The fishing and the golf in the area was fantastic! We will be back!

Great family weekend

We stayed for Labor day weekend with adults, children, and an infant. The bedroom with the king sized bed was big enough for us to put a pack n play in the corner. The door had a code which made the check in/out process almost non existent since we didn't have to stop at an office on our way in/out of town. The location to the pools, hottub, and ocean was perfect to get back to the house in case you forgot anything. I would bring my own pillow the next time, but I loved the family room with the large couch and big dining room table. Balcony views are priceless!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was provided in the house. We rented both sides with our family and there was ample space for 10 guests to spread out and be comfortable. The only “negative” we had regarding this home, was that both master bedrooms had extremely hard and uncomfortable beds. Next year we will bring waffle pads for them. We were surprised with how many beach items were provided! Chairs, tents, umbrellas and toys! Our kids were excited about this! Our favorite spot was side A’s deck. Every morning I drank my coffee on this deck and watched the ocean. You could hear the waves and see the beautiful sunrise perfectly from this spot. Definitely a new favorite home to stay in for our annual trip to Gulf Shores Plantation.

This beach is beautiful! The sand was like tan sugar. It felt very private and expansive. The boardwalk for the beach is right off of the parking lot for the condo. Everything in the condo was as pictured and yet I was pleasantly surprised. We all had a lovely time. I would definitely come back again.

House was really nice and a great location. My one complaint is the king bed mattress on the bottom floor was basically a box spring with a mattress pad. Not a comfortable nights sleep while there.

We enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. However, dishwasher did not work and WiFi was not available (we had to use Paradise B WiFi which was spotty I am guessing due to the number of people and distance)
