Phoenix V is a luxurious beachfront condo with everything upscale. It is located in the heart of Orange Beach & close to everything. This unit is located on the tenth floor which provides an amazing view of the white sandy beach. We have just replaced all of the mattressess with brand new pillow tops. We have also put a brand new sleeper sofa, chair and recliner. This unit sleeps eight with a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths have combination tub/shower & granite vanities. All rooms have tile flooring except the carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom & living room have glass sliding doors to the balcony. Bedrooms & living room have flatscreen TVs & ceiling fans. The spacious kitchen has upscale cabinetry, granite countertops, pantry, breakfast bar & is equipped with all the appliances & utensils you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. Large dining table provides ample seating along with the bar. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the hall. The spacious balcony with table & chairs provides a direct view of the ocean.

It has 24 hour security, covered entry, large lobby with information desk, free internet, large outdoor pool, gazebos, barbecue grills, huge indoor pool, exercise room, sauna, hot tubs,
splash pad mini water park , racquet ball court, lighted tennis courts & half court basketball, vending machines, parking for 2 vehicles, boardwalk to the beach. Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk upon your arrival. Umbrellas & chairs can be rented on the beach or you may bring your own. Remember all your items must be removed from the beach each evening because they will be removed and disposed of when the beach is cleaned after sunset.

Phoenix V has a great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos.
