BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: Two (2) Dogs up to 30 lbs. are welcome with a $250 pet fee (not included in the reservation total). If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

New tradition
We had a blast! The pool was amazing. Access to the beach and lagoon were close and convenient. The couch was sooo comfy, perfect for all of our friends to hangout and play cards. We may have started a new tradition!

Sawgrass Point Beach House
The home was beautiful. Just a few issues. Nothing major. The outdoor grill was so rusted we couldn’t use it & planned to a few nights. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but not horrible. The outside outlet was broken to the master bedroom balcony. It was a short walk to the beach & the pool was nice to swim in after the beach or a late night swim. Overall it was a pleasant stay & would stay there again.

The house was very clean and nice. However I had my 82 year old mother in law and my 75 year old aunt and the STEPS were very challenging. I had asked how many stairways were in the place and where were the bedrooms and was never told there were two flights of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and one set of stairs to the first bedroom. The listing needs to explain there are no bedrooms on main level and 2 on the 3rd level. There are also no handrails on two of the stair cases.

Property suited our needs; Jacuuzi tub and updated kitchen were nice. Location on the bike path, between the bay and ocean, was great. Property company could use improvement in communication. On day 2 of our 10 day stay we were informed pool needed maintenance and would be out of use for 3 days. We were compensated for the 3 day inconvenience. However, pool repair continued for the remainder of our stay. I called property company twice looking for updates but no information was shared. Having a crew of three on the property using loud equipment really took the relaxation out of the trip. Property company did not follow up or offer further compensation for loss of the pool:(
