    Run away to Pelican’s Perch - your own little corner of the world directly on Mobile Bay. Relax and unwind in this fully renovated (inside and out) 2-bedroom, 2-bath raised cottage in Fort Morgan, offering panoramic water views and a peaceful private setting.

    Sink your toes into the sandy beach on the bay or cast a line from the 225’ fishing pier (shared with the neighboring cottage). You might even spot dolphins playing in the distance! (Please note: no swimming access into the bay.)

    LOCATION

    Located about 25 minutes west of Gulf Shores, Pelican’s Perch offers a quiet respite from the crowds - the perfect mix of coastal charm and serenity.

    Public beach access to the Gulf is directly across Fort Morgan Road - just a 5–7 minute walk away.

    You’re also minutes from the Fort Morgan Historic Site, the ferry to Dauphin Island, and the public boat ramp just beyond the ferry landing. The acclaimed Kiva Dunes Golf Course is just five miles away.

Beautiful views of the bay, just minutes from the beach, beautiful house extremely clean, host immediately emailed me back when I had questions, and also gave great advice on where to go what to see and where to eat, overall the experience was utterly fantastic

The house was very nice!! We will definitely be back!! So clean!! The beds were very comfortable! We had the best time!! Every morning we saw dolphins right off the pier.. and at night we would fish and caught a lot of speckled trout.. the beach was within walking distance.. We definitely give this place a 5 star rating.. the host was also great!

Very clean with a fantastic view. Perfect place to kick back and relax. House is about 30 minutes from town so get supplies on your way out. If your looking for a place to unwind this is it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The cottage was spotless when we checked in. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the host Nicki was extremely communicative when I had a few questions. The location was beautiful— gorgeous sunsets that we loved watching from the dock, surrounded by birds. We brought our kayak and it was so easy to launch right from the edge of the property. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was immaculate! Everything was super clean and we felt like we were in a new home! The host Nicki was very responsive to questions and had laid out all of the check-in and check- out instructions perfectly. We already want to go back! Great experience for us!

This property definitely earned its name. There were plenty of birds flying around. Especially on the rainy day that we had. It was so fun to watch the birds in their environment. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy! The ceiling fans in each bedroom were so nice to sleep under! The host makes sure that you have mostly everything that you need to stay in their house. They have plenty of linens, dishes, utensils and even some beach stuff to use! Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again! My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon here so much!

House very clean, host has easy communication, laundry facilities was stackable washer and dryer which was excellent, kitchen had any and everything you would want or need. Beds are comfortable, easy access to ocean and the bay surrounds you. A beautiful home with amazing views and gorgeous sunsets!!

We’ve been vacationing in GulfShores/Orange Beach/Florida panhandle for years.This was one of the best overall and cleanest properties that we’ve been too.Nicki is the best host by far that I’ve encountered from start to finish!We will return!

This is a fantastic property (new and clean) in an excellent location. I would have liked to have a little more room in places (bathroom vanity, around the beds) but otherwise a GREAT place to stay.
