This is one of Gulf Shores' most desirable beachfront getaways: a private beach, a heated beachfront pool shared only with Dolphin Duplex guests, and sweeping Gulf views from two private balconies. You get the privacy of a beach house without the crowds, elevators and long walks of a high-rise condo.



    Picture it: coffee on the balcony while the sun rises over the water, the kids in the pool before breakfast, a long afternoon on the sugar-white sand, and burgers on the grill as the sky turns pink.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The house was very clean and well kept from the moment we arrived. The hosts were wonderful—very easy to contact and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. The heated pool was a huge highlight for our family, and the beach view was absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The ocean view was amazing and beach right out the back door with a short walk was perfect. Plenty of bed space for everyone. Location was excellent to restaurants, groceries, gas and activities. Did need to buy hand soap for bathrooms, toilet paper and extra paper towels. Do need to bring your own laundry soap, dish soap and paper plates if you want. They did have extra beach towels which was nice. I’d bring a canopy tent for beach and pool area for shade.

Yes and yes. Only issue is not cleaned when we arrived and lots of stuff under beds left. Also, bench to table was broke as was one of the toilet seats.

The stay was great. Location was just right, away from the crowds yet real close to anything local you want to do. Having the pool onsite and the beach only steps away was the best of both worlds. Host also has a good stock of assorted beach and pool accessories (boogie boards, floats, folding chairs, sand castle stuff, kites, etc.) available for guest use. You can tell prior guests are a bit rough with the accessories so we bought some new stuff and added to the inventory. Just a way for us to say thanks. Kitchen is also well stocked. We only ate out one night and cooked meals all other days. All in all, everyone enjoyed their stay here, so thanks again. Would definitely stay again!

This rental is in need of a remodel. The pool deck is crumbling, the fridge door doesn’t shut the bunkers on the stove completely slant. There are no stoppers in the bath tubs the throw pillows on the couch are filthy and smell bad. Several light bulbs were burnt out on arrival. (They fixed that after a phone call but not til the next day). The pool umbrella was broken said would bring a new one. They never did. The kitchen supplies were very sparse. Uncle to move around kitchen table related to cramming so much furniture in such a small space. Patio door won’t stay shut. No instructions anywhere in the house on check out procedure. Dryer barely dried anything Shower curtain moldy. Positives beds were comfortable and the air worked.

Beach and pool were perfect for our family with 2 very small children. Each couple had own bed and bath which was nice. Appreciated all the baby gear and beach equipment provided. Large grill was also nice to have.

Beautiful location and place

We loved our stay!! Beautiful place and location. Close to many restaurants and activities. Place provides everything you need for pool and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and towels. And the pool is HEATED!! Was one of my favorite things. Was a great home away from home for our family. We definitely will be going back as Gulf Shores is our favorite annual vacation.

Great location directly on the beach, The swimming pool is small but clean. Furniture and including beds were good. The manager was very prompt with any problems and they were corrected or fixed right away. We did expect a gas grill instead of a charcoal grill but the grill was very nice but a gas grill would have been better for us.

Great Location

This is a nice property that’s right on the beach and also has a pool. It supplied things for babies (high chair/gate), and also things for the beach like umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc. There were some minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance but the owner was easy to contact and offered to take care of them.

Great beachside duplex!

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. The place was exactly how the listing portrayed the property. Plenty of room, very clean, tons of beach gear to use, and fully stocked with essentials that made it feel close to home. We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. The location was perfect being just far enough away from the “T”. We will look to book this place again when we return!

Amazing House & Location

We loved everything about this home. It was in great condition and everything was great. The pool area is so nice, and the chairs are nice. The walk to the beach is not long from the house and the location of the house compared to town is very nice as well. The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach towels. Our family had a great time here and I would recommend it time over time.
