CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

Clean Bright Great Location

Upon arrival our first impressions were based on the parking garage, elevators & loading cart: the parking garage is small but do-able, the loading cart had 2 bent wheels and was barely pushable & one of the elevators smelled as if someone had peed in it.The swimming pool is small but we enjoyed it because it wasn't the main attraction, therefore it wasn't overly crowded. As for 907 Chrystal Shores, the condo is exactly as pictured and described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the condo is modern, bright, clean and perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants & stores. The beds are comfortable and the blankets and towels are fluffy & soft. The one and only disappointment was that the pull-out sleeper mattress is lumpy & uncomfortable. So to anyone who will be sleeping on it, (as I did) prepare yourself. I'm still giving this condo highmarks because it is so clean, bright and beautiful, with communication & Check-In being great.

Nice location but…

When they give instructions to you that you get 1 roll of toilet they aren’t kidding. 1 ply small roll per bathroom. Beds were ok in comfort and towels need to be softer. They do not even have salt and pepper supplied. No early check in either. Got the code for the door at 3:58pm

Property was perfect and exactly as it showed in the pictures! Perfect location right on the beach. The balcony wrapped around the corner of the building so we could see the inlet too! Beds very comfortable and all furniture inside and out very comfortable. Restaurants very close. Wonderful time was had by all.

Super cute condo

The checkin process was confusing to me. We’ve never stayed at a condo before so I was confused. Thought I had to go to the lobby to check in, but it was closed. Had to contact the people for the condo to understand to go to the room. The whole condo was beautiful and so nice!! We loved it and will gladly go back!

Unit was extremely clean & nicely appointed. Corner location in the building provides beautiful views of both sunrise & sunset. Bedrooms & bathrooms were comfortable & spacious.

Cute and cozy

The unit has everything you need. We especially liked the decor, firm mattresses and the balcony furniture. Also the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Some of the appliances could use some updating (the ice maker was really loud) and the water temperature wouldn’t get hot enough (I like it hot) for showers but overall, the unit is great.

Spring Break

Loved everything about the location and unit. The property was kept very clean including the elevator being cleaned each day with mopped and vacuumed floors. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. The view was beautiful and this was just the vacation we needed. No stress. No worries. Will for sure be back!

Sisters Trip to the gulf

We loved this property. It was great. Very tastefully decorated. Loved the furniture on the deck. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking for dolphins. The weather could have been warmer but we had a great time.
