The rental was very clean, perfect location. All amenities were as listed. Waking up to the sound of the ocean with a great property made our time even more enjoyable.

Family beach trip

Location was great!we had a few small issues but management addressed quickly a few of the recliners would not recline need up grade on pull out mattress downstairs but overall was a nice place

Amazing family/friend trip

Overall the house was amazing! We had 3 days of a single red flag and 3 days of double red flags, so that was a bummer but having a pool at the house was the best thing ever! My kiddos swam so much and it was refreshing for us adults.

Crystal Paradise does not disappoint!

We loved every minute of vacation. The house was perfect for a large family. Plenty of space. The pool was amazing, for the little ones especially. The beach was clean and quiet. Loved that it was just a few steps from the house. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Great place right on the beach. We loved that we could take a walk on the beach with our dog. We saw dolphins almost every morning.

Reed Rentals gone wrong.

I never stayed here. Please read my review. I searched for the perfect beach house”pet friendly” and found it. Paid more than I wanted but had to have it. I spoke with Cindy from Reeds rental on Tuesday, she confirmed the house was ready, (after Sally) so I booked it! We left illinois that Friday of the same week to travel 6 hours (1/2 way into our trip) when Cindy called to let me know the House was unavailable and she was so sorry, and will refund my money, or put me in another home called “After Dunes Delight”. (Which meant just that. It was not beach front and past the sand Dunes). Unfortunately I had no other choice since I was traveling with pets. We arrived at 6 pm pitch black outside. No lights on to help find the house, nor clear direction on how to get to it. We spent 45 minutes driving around walking from house to house until we found it. The house we rented had 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms, our Dune had 4 bedrooms 2 baths that 9 people had to share. I know it seems petty, however if Cindy would have called me Thursday evening, I would have cancelled the trip. Staying near Fort Morgan road and hiking to the beach was not my idea of a beach house. No compensation was offered, just an apology. I guess I should be thankful she found me a place to stay. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great Location & House - Poor property management response

The kitchen and living areas are small; however, the house worked since half of our group did not come this year due to COVID-19. I fear if we all (12) had been there it would have been too crowded to all be in one space (although this house does have two living areas, but we prefer to all be together). I reported on two occasions that the upper railing on the stairs to the beach were broken and never received any response - safety issue with small children. Just glad it wasn't something that could be worked around. The downstairs shower was completely useless as the shower head pointed outside the stall (no way to adjust lower) and would flood the floor if the kids were using it. In addition, the windows would not open. All that being said, the beach location is fantastic and having the pool on the porch worked well with the kids. Most of our time was spent outside on the beach/porch. We weren't disappointed as our family beach trips are always a treasure!

Crystal Paradise Not!!

Property was not clean. Property is looking quite used, furniture coming to pieces, bathrooms molded and rusted needs a good facelift. Very disappointed.
