Welcome to your dream vacation destination! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfectly located just a short stroll away from the beach, making it the ideal getaway for families or groups of friends.

Step inside and feel right at home in our spacious living area, bathed in natural light and designed for relaxation. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather with loved ones.

Retreat to one of the four comfortable bedrooms, where you'll find cozy bedding and plenty of space to unwind. Upstairs, you'll find two bathrooms, providing ample convenience for larger groups. The additional half bath located by the pool is perfect for easy access after a swim.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the private pool, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip. Challenge your friends to a game of volleyball or cornhole in the spacious backyard, guaranteed to provide hours of entertainment and laughter. After a day of fun, fire up the grill for a leisurely barbecue under the stars.

We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why our home is pet-friendly! Bring your furry companions along to experience the joy of a beach vacation together. (Pet Fees will apply)

This unit has a private pool that is not kept heated. The pool heater can be used with an additional fee of $25 per day. Please let our reservationists know if you would like this added to your reservation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, issues we had were, the pool was disgustingly coated with algae, management responded right away that the owners would send someone out they never came. Floors had not been mopped and there is broken tile, not good with a baby crawling around. Ceiling fan in living room did not work, and lastly an ant infestation coming through the kitchen widow, they showed up on our last day to caulk.

Great!

We had a group of friends for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the house and pool! Everything was great and there was plenty of room for us all. The communication was excellent. So nice to text with questions or issues.

The location of the property was great, and the house had fresh linens and was generally picked up upon arrival. However, cleanliness was lacking, there was visible food on the door blinds, and the home hadn’t been cleaned to the standard we expected.Several maintenance issues also impacted our experience. The drawers in the bedroom dressers didn’t function properly, and the granite top on one of the bedside tables was completely unsecured, it shifted when we moved the table to reach the plugs, which felt unsafe, especially with toddlers in the house. The microwave did not work at all during our stay, though we did contact property management about it, there was nothing done about it. More significantly, the HVAC system went out on the first day, we had to call property management to have it fixed. The house stayed around 78F until the next day.Additionally, there were some privacy concerns. When we arrived (after the designated check-in time), a neighbor was standing in the backyard by the pool. Later during our stay, someone came to do yard work and prune bushes without prior notice. These visits made us feel like we were being monitored by neighbors or friends of the owner, which was uncomfortable.Overall, the stay was mostly pleasant, and the location is a highlight, but with better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest privacy, this rental could be much more enjoyable.

Place was ok definitely needs some updates to justify the 700 a night after all fees are included the fixtures are outdated in both bathrooms and dishwasher looks to be falling apart, need updated lights throughout house one bedroom the fan wouldnt come on

Quick Weekend Trip

The property was in a perfect location. Over all it was great. We could never figure our the outside lights around the pool. It was pretty dark under the house. I'm a coffee person and I couldn't find the inside part for the coffee pot.We only stayed the week or I would have call the property manager. The house itself was great!
