Surround yourself in luxury in this newly renovated three bedroom, three bathroom Caribe Resort Penthouse unit that features an oversized balcony and panoramic views of Terry Cove and Bayou Saint John. This condo accommodates up to 12 people, and has so much to offer. With a new flat screen television in the living room with a sound bar and surround sound, as well as a whirlpool tub and walk in shower in the master bathroom, you will feel spoiled from the moment you arrive.

The master bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2), plus two loveseats that fold out to twin sleepers (sleeps 2). The master has access to the balcony through its own private door. Attached to the master bedroom, you will find a vanity for two with a spacious walk in closet, and a whirlpool tub, toilet and walk-in shower. The second full bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2) and private bathroom with jetted tub. The third bedroom features two full sized beds (sleeps 4), and custom built-in twin bunks (sleeps 2) and private access to the hallway bathroom with a shower stall. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and a two swivel chairs. You will also find that this unit features a full kitchen that can be used to whip up that gourmet dinner that you can either enjoy at your beautiful dining table that seats six, or the bar that seats six. If the sights and sounds of the bay entice, you can also dine al fresco at the table on your private balcony that accommodates six people.

All guests must wear wristbands while on the property. Only guests 25 years of age or older may pick up wristbands for their unit.
Wristbands must be picked up at the Caribe front desk in the B Building (first building on the left, second floor). Guests must present a booking confirmation and a valid photo ID to receive wristbands. Wristbands will be issued up to the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Outside (day) guests:
Units are limited to four (4) outside guests per day. Day guests must obtain a day-use wristband from the guard shack upon arrival. This wristband is valid for that day only. The guest staying at Caribe must call the guard shack from the unit to request the visitor's wristband.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
