Welcome to Grand Beach Resort, Unit #403, my Beach Front Paradise.
This cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath with built-in bunks, sleeps up to 6 people comfortably while still leaving the common area for lounging and relaxation after a long day at the beach. The captivating location of this condominium/unit invites you to immerse yourself in the serenity of costal living while enjoying modern comforts and breathtaking views of the warm turquoise waters lapping against the sugar-white sand beaches.
The space
Main level includes:
- Main bed room with King size bed, tv, and lots of room to hang or store your wardrobes.
- Built-in Hall bunks
- One full bath including shower/tub combo and one half bath.
- Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances.
- Living/Dining area combined, includes large table for family meals or game night and a smart tv with dish network access for those rainy days.
Loft area includes:
- Queen size bed with closest

Private Balcony on top floor with beautiful views of the Gulf.
Guest access
Guest have access to the full condo minus the attic space.
Other things to note
One parking pass is included with the rental. An additional parking pass may be purchased for an additional $40. Parking passes have to be displayed on all vehicles at site.

Complex has security cameras in the parking lot, common areas and hallways. Cameras are utilized for the security of our guest and complex. There are no cameras located in my unit.

Tracy’s condo was very clean, updated and perfect for our family of six. The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked and she includes various beach items which are great to have available. She’s excellent with communication and ensures things are as advertised. During our stay, she let us know that the elevators were down due to construction. While this was a minor inconvenience for us and we didn’t mind the exercise on spring break, Tracy more than made up for the hassle a few different ways. It was clear she takes great pride in her property and customers enjoyment using it. Was awesome being right across the road from the beach and walking distance from the state park fishing pier. Highly recommend this property!

We have here for our last 2 October trips to GS.Tracy has such a nice place and is so easy to communicate with. Had some construction going on this year and she made sure we understood the circumstances before we could book.I hope we are able to go back for many years.Location and owner make this a pleasure.

Great property. Across the street from beach... Right next to state park so great view of beach and pier from the balcony. Extra beach chairs and carrier along with beach toys and accessories were a nice surprise!

Family Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful 8 day stay in Gulf Shores. Everything with the condo was as advertised and the view from the balcony was amazing! Our 9 yr old loved the bunk beds and loft area. This is probably the most well stocked place we have stayed as well. From coffee pods, sugar, seasonings to trash bags this unit had it all.

My wife, son, and I spent Fall break here. This is one of the best-equipped, cleanest places I have stayed. Ms. McDonald is a great host. She ensured everything was to our liking and quickly responded to any question or concern. I hope I get a chance to stay here again. Thank You, Tracy!

Such a cozy place

Tracy has everything a busy momma needs to take care of her family while on vacation. She thought of everything and it made my life a lot easier. Short walk to the beach, beautiful pool and the condo is perfect for families.

Beach vacation

Really enjoyed our stay! Close to the state park, which made the beach not as crowded. Some may not like crossing the street, but it is not bad. The condo had more items in kitchen than most rentals. We were surprised with all the supplies available.

Best vacation ever

My first trip to gulf shores and first time to beach since graduating nursing school 2 years ago. This vacation was the best ever. The condo was beautiful and very roomy. There were games we used to have family game night. The upstiars loft was great for our oldest son. Our daughter loved the bunk beds. The balcony was amazing to watch the sunrise every morning. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well. The beach isnt far across the street and it was beautiful theres a pier where we sang karaoke and had drinks the teens had non alcoholic drinks super nice. We weren't far from shrimp fest and other places we visited. And tracy was super fantastic with things to do and communication. Would definitely recommend this place to stay any time. Cant wait to go back! We also did a gender reveal for our first grandbaby on the beach and people were so friendly and helpful. Next time we come we hope to bring our granddaughter. Thanks again tracy for the best trip ever.

Great condo

Great condo in an excellent location... less than 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. Beach is just a 5-minute walk, though you do have to cross a fairly busy road. Well-equipped for cooking and laundry, etc. Easy check-in and check-out, quick communication with the owner. Would stay again!
