Bluefish Beach Retreat

Our beach house is conveniently located just 3 short blocks from the beach on the ocean side of the road. Private beach and bay access in the neighborhood conveniently accessed with provided parking passes. Blue Angel flight training area generally practicing 2 or 3 days a week in the morning. Choose our freshly remodeled home for your family beach escape. We have plenty of parking for your family gathering.

• Minimum age to rent 25.

Heating and AC instructions:
The thermostat is set at 65 when you arrive in the winter and 73 in the summer months. Fee free to adjust as needed but do remember to set back to 73 when you Check Out.
• Location of first aid and fire extinguisher as well as best exit to use emergency:
Fire extinguisher is located underneath the sink.
First aid kit can be found in bathroom medicine cabinet.

• Trash day and instructions to take out trash:
Garbage Day is Monday. There is a garage company that will pick cans up from the side of the house. please a have cans ready Sunday night.

• Instructions for TV / Netflix / Hulu:
We have smart TVs throughout the house, please feel free to enter you info.


• House Rules:

• - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

• - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

• - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

• - PARKING: parking is provided in driveway in font of House side by side.. Our Parking is suitable for sedans or SUVs. Boat Parking available if necessary.

• - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own charcoal to the BBQ as it is not supplied.

• - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

• - Enjoy the ping pong table on the lower patio but please put all paddles and balls back when finished in wood box then recover the table so that it does not get weather.

• - Please do not rearrange our furniture.

• - If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.

• - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY


• Cleaning:
A cleaning fee is added for clean up at the end of your stay. If you need to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us and we will make this arrangement for you. Please schedule at least one day in advance.
• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are after 10pm
• Check-Out Instructions:
Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run.
There is no need to strip beds as our cleaning team will handle this, DO NOT RUN (Our cleaning team will do this) Put all towels and dishtowels next to washer.
Log out of all your Online accounts.
Set Thermostat to 65 In winter or 73 in summer months.
• Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check in is at 4:00pm Check out time is 10:00am
• Is late check-out possible?

CABANA BEACH ESTATES
2021 RULES and REGULATIONS
BEACH......LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS!!!\

● Swim at your own risk. Be mindful of rip currents and beach warning flags.
● Property owners, renters, and guests can only set up in the community beach area or within the 15 foot
beachfront easement (area 15 feet north of the mean high water mark, which runs the length of the
neighborhood). No weddings or large parties in the common areas. KEEP OFF THE DUNES.
● Use our “community access” area to get to the beach. Do NOT walk under beachfront owner’s houses.
● No littering, No glass containers. Remove your trash. No vehicles of any type on the beach.
● FILL IN all holes on the beach before you leave. Holes can trap turtles and are a safety hazard to humans.
● NO FIREWORKS OR BONFIRES permitted anywhere on the beach/pier area or in Cabana Beach Estates.
● Owners, renters and guests must be in control of their dog(s) at all times and must clean up after their pet.

TENTS AND BEACH EQUIPMENT

● ALL personal beach ITEMS (chairs, fishing equipment, tents, floats, etc.) MUST BE REMOVED from the
beach at the end of the day. Items left overnight are in violation of this rule and are subject to removal and
disposal at the discretion of the Cabana Beach POA Board.
● NO TENTS OR CANOPIES are allowed in the community or easement area; only umbrellas are allowed.

ROADS, BEACH ACCESS AND BAY ACCESS PARKING AREAS

● MAXIMUM SPEED ON ALL ROADS IS 12 MPH
● All owners, renters and guests are required to have a Red 2021 Parking Hang Tag or Decal in
your vehicle/golf cart to park in the beach access parking lot or pier access parking area. Please
park vehicles on the east side only in numbered slots; all golf carts park perpendicular on the west
side only. Only ONE vehicle parked per household at any time; there is a drop off area at the
entrance to the lot. Your hang tag/decal will be rescinded if loaned to another person.
● Do NOT block the emergency access area in the beach access parking lot or park on roads or
block driveways. No parking overnight in the beach or pier access parking areas.
● Cabana Beach Beach Patrol/Ambassador is authorized to issue tickets and will have vehicles
towed at owner’s expense, if you do not use the correct tag in the beach or pier access areas or if
you park on the roads, block driveways or block the emergency access area.

PIER ON BAY

● The pier is for the exclusive use of property owners, renters and guests. Use at your own risk.
● No fish cleaning, cooking or smoking allowed on the pier.
● No jumping or diving off of the pier. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
● Do not leave boats tied up to the pier. Pier is only for loading and unloading of passengers.
● No unattended vehicles are to be left in the pier parking area.

RESIDENCES

● NO loud noise, music or excessive number of guests. Rental homes should have no more than 12
people.
● Please turn OFF all exterior house lights at night to protect nesting and hatching turtles.
