Phoenix West II is now called "The Oasis at Orange Beach" because it has so much more to offer than any other Phoenix Condominium! Experience the best condominium on the beach, Oasis now open: NEW ADULT POOL, NEW GRILL PAVILION, KIDS SPLASH PAD, NEW RESTAURANT AND BAR!

Our 4 bedroom , 4. 5 bath LUXURY, PENTHOUSE CONDO has over 2500 square feet with an open floor plan with 11 foot ceilings! The views are unbelievable with over 65 feet of floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room. This is a lot larger than any Phoenix condominium.

The spectacular setting from the 30th floor provide the best views on the Gulf of Mexico! It has a secluded balcony, upgraded furnishings and floor to ceiling windows in every room!
You will fall in love with the 75 inch TV and newly built with state of the art built in fireplace!

All bedrooms have views of the State Park and the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and two have 2 queen beds each so there is a total of 2 kings and 4 queens. We also have a queen deluxe air mattress.

You will be sure to find that our penthouse condo will provide your family with memories that will last forever!


We are owner/operators have been renting vacation properties since 2002 and that makes a huge difference. Since we only have a few properties, we are able to keep them in excellent, like new condition. We can help you immediately with any concerns and we personally care about your vacation experience! We provide you with our cell phone numbers so we are here to help you to make your vacation the best ever! As you can see, renting from the owner has it's advantages! We look forward to hearing from you!

In the peak season, there are only 2 parking passes allowed for our 4 bedroom condos. There is off-site parking if you need more parking. In the slower season, we have plenty of parking available.

Another reason for the new name, The Oasis at Orange Beach is because it has the largest floor plan of any Phoenix building and the balconies are much larger too! The average of a Phoenix condo 4 bedrooms are 2000 sq. ft compared to 2500 sq feet and that provides a much more open feeling! Also our balcony is almost twice the size.

These amenities are some more reasons why our complex has changed it's name to "The Oasis of Orange Beach"

Great place. Amazing deck and view throughout for all bedrooms. Great location. Thought slow elevators would be an issue on day 1 (July 5) but actually pretty efficient for 7 night stay. Great, fully functional kitchen -- we like to cook as well as eat out -- and the nice bar area for cocktails and wine. Only negative? Maybe that the master bed room didn't have a closet to hang clothes, but easy solution is closets in other rooms. Also... though no fault of owners... when we arrived the frig's water filter needed to be replaced... but owner immediately solved issue. This place isn't cheap... but it's worth it. Now... can I be magically transported to that deck a few times a year?

Orange Beach is the best

The condo was just as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Nice kitchen and a gorgeous view all the time. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and the check out process was easier than most. Thank you very much!

Amazing stay with friends

This was our second trip down to Orange Beach, this time we brought friends and have raved about the condo since day 1. One of the remotes for the tvs needed fresh batteries when we arrived and Mark took care of it right away before we could even unpack! We had several beach days where we did not want to leave the property and would order lunch from Oasis grill, everything we tried was delicious. It was so nice having that option this time around. Indoor pool was huge and the hot tubs were hot! Mark and Debbie have a beautiful, clean place, thank you so much for letting us stay!

Everything it said it would be

This property really does have everything that you need. We love to cook family dinners together and this kitchen and dining area did not disappoint. If you stay here, I encourage you to use the beautiful dining area and enjoy the amazing views. The sunset views from EVERY ROOM were breathtaking. The owners were incredibly responsive and informative. We highly recommend staying here. We had 5 adults and one teenager with us and had plenty of room for together time and quiet time if we needed it.

Lovely Christmas stay

We spent Christmas with our family at this condo and it was lovely. We even had an unexpected surprise when we walked in and discovered a lighted Christmas tree! We would recommend it to friends and family.

This was our second time to stay at this condo. The condo has everything my kitchen has at home, which makes it easier to travel w less crock pots, blenders, ect. The view from the balcony is amazing!! Plenty of space throughout the condo and balcony! Our family has already booked a trip back next year.

Great family rental

We had an amazing time in this beautiful rental! Everything in this rental was top quality! We had 9 adults, 1 teen and 3 children. One of the children was just 1 year old so the high chair and port a crib came in handy! We loved spending time on the expansive deck enjoying the amazing views! I can’t say enough positive comments about this rental! It was perfect for us and would love to rent it again for another family vacation!

Best vacation property at Orange Beach

The owners of the unit are the BEST. Great people who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable, and great. I will always book this unit as long as it's available. It's close to every restaurant, stores etc. Great views, and this property is spotless. You won't find a cleaner unit to rent. You will not regret renting this property if you plan to vacation at Orange Beach. I am looking forward to my next vacation at Orange Beach and staying in this unit.
