    Welcome to “A Step Away” — a beautifully designed 2,900 sq. ft. beach house in Gulf Shores, just a short walk from the sugar-white sands. Perfect for large families and groups, this spacious home sleeps up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms, a bonus bunk room, and 4.5 bathrooms.

    On the first floor, you'll find a bright and inviting living room filled with natural light from oversized windows and direct access to the front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed for effortless meal prep. This level also includes two guest bedrooms: one with a private en-suite bath, and another with direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use.

    On the second floor, you'll discover the remaining bedrooms along with a cozy den featuring a kitchenette and access to the front porch where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The den includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The large primary bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom, while the two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Kids will love the bonus bunk room—perfect as their own little hideaway.

    For added convenience, “A Step Away” features two laundry rooms—one on each level. Additional comforts include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Host stayed in touch with me, it was plenty of room and in a very good spot. My family really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue with the ice maker but nothing that ruined our stay. Overall wonderful time

Beautiful and spacious home that accommodated our large family. The kitchen has all necessary supplies to cook meals. Plus, each bedroom has ample closet space. The beach is truly a five minute walk from the home. Our family loved staying here.

This house is stunning! Tons of space, two patios, large open kitchen/dining/living room. Neighborhood is quiet and just a 5 minute walk to the beach! 15 minute walk to some of the Gulf Shores hotspots. Would definitely stay again!

There were 7 of us that stayed at this location. And it was perfect for our staff retreat. It provided enough space for alone time and space for our group conversations. The location to the beach was wonderful.

Bach weekend

The location was a close 5 min walk to the beach. The house was clean and managed well. Close driving distance to Flora-Bama, the Coastal and hangout. Will definitely be visiting again in the further.

Awesome Stay!

The check in was so simple. I was having trouble with paying because of the large amount and they assisted me and got it taken care of right away. This property was perfect for our large family vacation! It was in a great location had ample amount of space and rooms. Things looked just as it is pictured on the pictures on the website would definitely book again with theses on any of their properties!

A step away

This wasn’t our original rental. A storm did some damage to our original rental. Management did an awesome job with giving us a new rental. The house was ABSOLUTELY beautiful and fitting for us! Will definitely rent with this company again!
