Gulf Front Gem!!! Great Views and fun times!

Panoramic views of the Gulf waters from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony make this 1,400 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the eighth floor a wonderful getaway, comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs. The sunrises are stunning from this unit. For your enjoyment the balcony has a chaise lounge in addition to seating for four around the table. This balcony is the perfect place to sit in the shade while enjoying the ocean breezes, pelicans and beach life.
Inside you will find a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. Included are both a Keurig and a conventional coffeemaker, waffle iron, Instant Pot and new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In the laundry area you will find a full sized high capacity washer and dryer set. The living room is furnished with two swivel rocker recliners, a queen size sleeper sofa, and an Lg 65" 4K smart TV There is also a KING SIZED BED IN EACH BEDROOM. (Master bedroom mattress brand new as of Spring 2019.) Large, 50-inch smart TVs are located in each bedroom. The guest bath has a curved shower rod for improved comfort in the shower.
Other features include a stand alone ice maker to fill ice coolers, wet bar, bar stools, ceiling fans, brand new central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Stayed for 4.5 days. Great location, convenient to many things. There is a crosswalk just up the road which was very helpful and made walking to places much easier. Unit was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. Only minor issue we had was getting the living room tv to work consistently, though it may have been the satellite. Security staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out were super easy. Communication with Aronov was great!

Amazing location and condo!

We stayed a this gem with my wife, 1 yr old and our friend and her 6 yr old. The proximity to the beach and area was perfect. The condo was just as the pictures listed it and everything was in clean working condition. We stayed in unit 802E and it was magnificent view from the living, the master bedroom and the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! It was very clean, had an abundance of kitchen supplies (the most I have ever seen at a rental), and had an updated kitchen. I loved that the master and spare bedroom both had king beds. Many of the Sea Chase rentals provide a queen in the spare bedroom, so the extra bed space was nice for my kids. Other pros: -AC worked great -Ice Maker in the condo for refilling coolers -Lots of space to spread out as a family and store luggage/supplies -Provided both styles of coffee makers -Couch and Two Recliners to relax in -Deck had a table with 4 chairs and a lounge chair -In June (9th-13th), we did not have a direct view of the sunrise/sunset, but we could still see the pretty colors. There was a better view from the beach. -Elevators were quick -Security (polite, regularly checking the grounds, and easily accessible for questions) -Access to 3 outside pools and one indoor pool (if one is too busy for you, you can go to a different one) -Beach/Water was not overly crowded, everyone was polite -Walmart, Dollar General, Gas Stations, Souvenir Shops, and Restaurants are either across the street or within a short distance and easy to access We would stay at this condo again!

Great October Vacation

From the moment we arrived at Seachase we were welcomed by friendly staff. Security gave a comprehensive over view of the property and it’s amenities including the pool that was least likely to be crowded. The condo was excellent, the view amazing. Had a little issue with the main bath toilet but a phone call to the management company rectified the issue with speed and competent friendly staff.

Little hidden gem

We usually vacation in Destin Fla and I think we’ve found a new spot! Same beautiful beaches but not nearly as busy. Loved Fish River Grille, GT’s, Cactus Cantina. We all agreed 10/10 for Orange Beach!

Great trip

Very happy with everything at seaschase East!! The Unit was very clean, great decor, spacious living area with plenty of room For my toddler to play, nice comfy furniture, awesome full size washer/dryer. Loved the different choices in pools, and the short walk to the beach! Very happy with our stay and would go back! Only tiny complaint is the door did not have a lock keypad and the door was difficult to enter using our keys, it is as also slightly Inconvenient to have to use a sensor to get in and out of the gate to and from the beach boardwalk ( I do understand the reasoning for it but if we forgot our sensor and were having to walk back to the beach or room to retrieve it) awesome place overall!!

Great location and beautiful views

We had a wonderful time at our week in Orange Beach. We normally stay in Perdido, FL, since it is not as developed. This was a great location, with wonderful pools and very spacious!! The only thing is the internet was not the best. I was trying to do some work and it was very slow. However, I did not work the entire time and the condo was just as described and short boardwalk to the beach, which we love!!
