  • Enjoy beautiful views from this newly refurnished comfortable condo, which is equipped with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The 5th floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is a beachfront luxury property with beautiful crown moldings and baseboards, and tile floors in every room.
    The unit has a breathtaking view of the beach from the living and dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Ceiling fans, flat panel TVs with cable, high-speed wireless internet, and landline phone with free local calls are in the living area and all bedrooms. Smart TVs, DVD players with a selection of DVDs, popular books and board games are also available for your enjoyment.
    The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed; the second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed; and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, all with new mattresses. The open concept kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with every cooking item you may possibly need.
    Kitchen stools for counter seating or balcony table and chairs are perfect for casual dining, and the dining area is great for a more elegant meal. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. This is a perfect space for couples and families looking for a getaway. We hope that the peaceful colors and new furnishings in our unit will instantly relax you and make you feel at home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nicely decorated and a great location. We had issues with the air conditioner for a couple of days but the maintenance department was quick to respond and eventually got it resolved. The chest of drawers in the third bedroom were located in the closet and could not be accessed because of the width of the opening so they should be moved out beside the tv console to be used. The access code we were sent to enter the condo didn’t work and we had to call management to get a new code. The ice machine was not functional but there was an ice machine in the freezer. Overall we were pleased with the condo.

The rental contact stated the provided a starter kit of items but didn’t give as many details. We had to go but coffee filters, shampoo, soap, trash bags, etc. they did provide 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher soap for 2 loads and washing machine soap for a load. The extra ice machine did not work.

Would Recommend!

I brought my mom, my husband and my two kids (2 and 5). We really enjoyed our stay! A couple things I would note would be that the lights in the kitchen above the bar area need to be changed. They did not let off hardly any light which made the kitchen pretty dark at night. Also, it would be helpful to have some kind of plastic cups for young kids to use. Everything in the kitchen is glass. Thankfully I brought some of my own cups but it would have been nice to have some already there. Other than those two things, the room was great! We probably spent more time at the pool than the beach. We really loved the pool, splash pad, and kiddie pool!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first impression of a condo is the front door and when we arrived, it looked like someone had vomited on it. Upon arriving I found the condo lacking the following items: icemaker does not workfaucet handles on jacuzzi loosewall outlet in Master bathroom loose (unsafe)inadequate number of towels (6 for 6 people)handicap seat for shower not put awayunusable dresser inside a closet - no way to put clothing in itripped shower curtain in bathroomchipped woodwork needs to be painted. The living room furniture appears to have been replaced recently and living areas were comfortable, however the master bed mattress needs to be replaced. Cooking/dishes were adequate and appliances except for icemaker were in good condition. I appreciate that the owners rent out their condo, but if they are going to charge a premium rental price, then the condo should be in pristine condition.

Only thing is when we arrived the floor was dirty and was not mopped on our checking in. Called front desk and they responded immdediately. Also had construction on a balcony above us that we were not notified in our rental agreement. They started at 7 am and was very noisy with drilling. They gave us a little compensation but didn't want to be woking up at 7 am on vacation for 2 days straight.

The condo was really nice, comfy, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super-comfortable as well. Somehow, we were not able to figure out how to work the TV in the main room, but all worked in the 3 bedrooms so wasn't a big deal. The location and easy access to the beach and pools were terrific, and the view gorgeous! We would most definitely want to stay here in 504C again.

A well needed last minute escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Orange Beach has come highly recommended from friends for many years & on a last minute decision, we decided to escape for New Years. The location is perfect - great entertainment for all ages, easy to visit Florida and the beaches are perfection. SeaChase was a beautifully maintained community with multiple pools and access to the beach. Overall, our stay at 504C was perfect. The furnishings were modern, clean and stylish for the most part. For our family, the beds were hard as rocks and the bedding was uncomfortable, so if you like a softer bed or pillows - bring your own. The kitchen was well equipped with both adult and kid friendly materials, but it would have been nice to have amenities provided that could be used - additional trash bags, additional rolls of tp & paper towels, same of laundry detergent and dryer sheets, maybe coffee filters so we aren't guessing as what to use. Regardless, it was a lovely stay in a perfect place where we made sweet family memories.

Beautiful and spacious condo in great location, central to pretty much everything. Offseason so it was pretty quiet but the weather was perfect the entire stay. Kitchen was well equipped if you are dining in, although we opted to go out most nights. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
