Great location

We loved the aces to the beach and pools. A very safe community. We were very comfortable with letting the teens go back and forth from the beach and house by themselves. Some of the furniture could be replaced or repaired. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Last minute fall break with pups

We decided to go to the beach last minute. We knew we would have to bring the dogs so we were happy to find a dog friendly place. We loved the location. Convenient to the beach access and the pool! The home was very clean with plenty of room and everything we needed. Perfect for our dogs too! We will definitely try to book here again with the whole family

We recently stayed at a beautiful beach vacation house, and it was everything we had hoped for and more! The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views right from the porch. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-furnished with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the open living area was perfect for spending time with family. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Three large balconies with comfortable seating was ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or wine enjoying sunrises and sunsets. There was even a grill for a perfect beach barbecue. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of sun and surf. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to local restaurants and shops. The hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations for activities in the area. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, beachside retreat.

Perfect Location and Lots of Room

This was our first time in Alabama and the Ft. Morgan area. We couldn't have asked for a better location and accommodations. We were steps from the boardwalk to the beach and right across from the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as expected and check-in/check-out were simple. I would certainly stay here again!Weloved every minute of our stay!

Great Location

Can't beat the location for being just off the beach. Very short walk across the street to the boardwalk. Furniture needs updating, but was fine for us. WiFi was very weak-couldn't load Hulu or Netflix, could barely load videos on our phones, so that was a downer at night after being out. It was chilly and windy the week we were there, but we made the most of it as a family getaway.

Awesome Location

We were very impressed with the location of the home. Very close to beach access and the pool. The community is very nice and quiet, beaches were not crowded at all. We had a few questions before our trip and they were answered very promptly. Communication was great. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The livingroom furniture isn’t great, but it was good enough for us. The beds were so comfortable. The walk to the beach is short. There is lots of area to park. We also enjoyed the porches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, responsive management team

The house was as described. The porches are great with nice furniture, views of the ocean and a great spot in the afternoon to get away from the sun but still see the ocean. The mattress in the master was great. Two issues, the front pool was closed all week due to maintenance issues but that is not the home owners fault. It reopened as we were leaving. The second issue was palmetto bugs during the week. We did not reach out to the property manager until late Thursday after seeing and killing about 10. The property management company was very responsive and had an exterminator out the next morning. We should have called earlier. The house is a five minute walk to the beach and very convenient. I

Enjoyed our stay however Furniture very worn, torn and stained in places . We had an issue with roaches in the kitchen ,which I realize is hard to control in this type property Mattresses really need replacing in 2 of the 4 bedrooms

Thanksgiving Stay

The KoKoMo was a wonderful property that was clean and great location to the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of Wi-Fi - we work, even on holiday, which was very challenging. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property!

Nice house

The house was nice and in good shape in general. We liked the decks on either side, East and west, use one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The walk to the pool was short, the beach a little further but not bad. The house is right in the middle of Morgantown so the beach, at the beach access, can get a little crowded. I think this house is a good value.

Family Vacation

The house had plenty of room for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Lots of cookware, dinnerware and kitchen gadgets. Outside shower was a plus. Short walk to beach and pool across the street. Jen at Coastal View was great with keeping us informed and answering questions. No complaints.

Furbabies Allowed....

We had an awesome stay. It would not have been possible without our babies and my son's fiance's fur baby being able to come. Management worked great to allow for them. If the baby can't come my husband will not go ... a happy mama with all my family. The grown kids loved it!! We loved our stay, the beach and pool! WOULD STAY over and over again!!

Beautiful home, all amenities, comfortable and close to the beach. Would like to report that garbage disposal isn’t working;, it hums but does not turn. Maintenance is needed.

Super nice.

6 adults and 11 month old boxer. The whole experience was soooo pleasant. Other vacationers and residents were as happy to be in Morgantown as we were. Dog friendly beach. Kokomo is a lovely beachcomber. Linda with Coastal checked with us to make sure everything was perfect. It was. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Plenty of families and age ranges for meeting new friends.
