Aranov Leaves More to Be Desired
After our first summer vacation at SeaChase, we knew we would return. Unfortunately this year this Unit / Property Manager left more to be desired than our first experience.
Positives - The beautiful property, beach and pools are all well-maintained. All guests were awesome, family-friendly. It is centrally located to groceries, shops, etc. The unit is as pictured, no more, no less.
Negatives on the unit - This unit left more to be desired for us. The dryer doesn't heat/dry clothes. There wasn't a broom, glass/multi purpose cleaner in sight. That's not something I imagine needing to purchase as a renter, but its certainly something we use throughout our stay to keep the unit enjoyable and tidy.
Negatives on the property/mgt - That parking pass policy needs to be rewritten/improved. Per the check in woman "everyone gets confused by it." That leads me to believe it is unnecessarily confusing. You get 1 parking pass with your reservation, and the ability to purchase one more. The "starter" supply of TP is laughable. For the nightly rate of a 3Bed/2Bath hosting 6 people, give 2 rolls in each bathroom to start. Lastly, that boardwalk gets dangerously hot. I can not imagine what it will be like in June/July. I highly suggest turf, matting/ outdoor carpeting, something to absorb that heat.
All in all, I am sure next year I will look at Seachase, but would probably book a different unit to try for a different experience.
