Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, community pools and private beach access.

My husband and I personally manage this property and are happy to assist you with anything that you need during your stay. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! ☀ Pool is heated (November 1-March 1) and open year round

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

☀ This house is on stilts so there are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.

❄ Snowbird Monthly Stays Available

Snowbird stays are available November through February.

Monthly rate: $120 per night plus taxes and fees for stays of 28+ nights.
