My only complaint was that several people tried to check in early (at 3pm) and were told that rooms were not ready yet and that was acceptable, but at 4, when it is listed check in time, many of us were still told that rooms were not ready. "

"We had a great stay! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. I loved that they provided dove body wash, and the continental breakfast was satisfying. There were muffins, eggs, both pork and turkey sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, cereals, and a pancake oven on offer each morninh along with coffee and 3 types of juice. Definitely planning to stay here again for next year's vacation."

"This was an excellent place for a family stay with a nicely stocked kitchen and a clean apartment. Communication with host was easy through the app and checkin process was efficient. Since it was up a few flights of stairs, and there's no elevator, it's a bit difficult for someone with a walking disability, but that was clear ahead of time, and that's going to be true at almost all properties in Gulf Shores. And there were great railings and the apartment itself was great. The apartment description was accurate and helpful. Highly recommend!"
