Welcome to Sea Le Vie! You'll love this updated 3 bedroom home centrally located to everything you need with a backyard oasis, located only 10-15 min from Pensacola Beach (depending on traffic). This comfy home with a beach cottage vibe is the perfect getaway for your Pensacola vacation.

The backyard is a private oasis with a full privacy fence, new sod and landscaping, and plenty of space to lounge, soak up the rays, nap under the pergola, play a game of corn hole and cook out on the BBQ grill.

Plenty of natural light, this open floor plan features a spacious living area with views looking out onto a private backyard with outdoor living space and pergola. The house includes 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms and ample space to mingle or enjoy some down time. The primary suite features a king memory foam bed, large closet space and private full bath. The primary bath includes a large separate vanity area, and tub and shower area. All bedrooms also feature memory foam mattresses, high end linens, duvets, side tables with lamps and built in phone charging stations, and ceiling fans for your added comfort.

Modern, well stocked kitchen features quality appliances, quartz countertops and every detail the cook in your group needs to prepare the perfect meal. The dining table and kitchen peninsula with bar stools offer different options for seating/eating, and the living room is great for playing games or watching TV. The home also features a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer for your added convenience. Off street parking for your vehicles and boat is also a convenient feature.

Relax in this vibrant, newly remodeled home, fitted with all the essentials you need to enjoy your time at Pensacola Beach and Historic Downtown Pensacola. Close to all. Nice Property.

We had a great stay here for a weekend. The location is close to everything to do in the area. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area as well. The neighborhood looks a little run down, but this house is remodeled and very nice inside and out. Large backyard with sitting area and grill. A few minor cleanliness issues that we left a note about, but nothing that affected our stay. Would recommend for families as the rooms are spacious and has two full bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Close to everything

The house was nice and clean! The backyard was amazing to sit and converse after a day at the beach. We got to watch the Blue Angels practice in the distance. The host was quick to respond any time I messaged. 10/10.

Great Place To Stay

Home was nice and clean, had everything we needed to have a great stay. Close to beaches and Pensacola airport. (About a 20 minute drive). Quiet neighborhood and charming backyard. Landscaping was lush and green. Beds are comfortable and showers were nice after a day at the beach. If I come back to Gulf Breeze I definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable

We were very pleased with the stay. The place was very open are comfy. The back yard was very enjoyable to sit out in and around to visit. It was just my husband and I and then had company and the house was perfect. Location was perfect for anything you may need and not a difficult drive to get anywhere. Due to the high winds at the beach we were very glad we were a tad bit away :-) We happen to not do a lot of cooking there and did not use the grill but there seem to be a great amount of supplies to accomodate.
