It's in the La Hume district, near La Teste and Arcachon, that the Cocoonr agency offers you the chance to set down your bags for a dream holiday with family or friends at Villa Violette. Take advantage of its large sunny terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool (May to end October), and set off to conquer all the wonders of the Bassin!
With a surface area of 140 m², the house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Built on 2 levels, the villa has been designed so that everyone can relax and make the most of their holiday!

Located in La Hume, you'll find local shops (grocery, butcher, baker), restaurants, oyster tasting at the port with its famous huts, cycle paths, the station less than 15 minutes away, and the beach too.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- A beautiful living room with lounge and dining area, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace and sunny garden.
- A functional, open-plan fitted kitchen with a central island will enable you to prepare your best specialities, and relax in the lounge area with sofas and TV.
- Bedroom1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with a very large dressing room
- A bathroom with bath and walk-in shower completes the night space
- Separate WC

On the ground floor, you'll find a living area, kitchen, shower room with wc and a large bedroom with queen-size bed.
The highlight of this villa is the relaxation area, games and gym, with treadmill and bike, table football, sofa and TV.

The entire villa is equipped with electric shutters.

Exterior:
The terrace, located directly off the living room, offers a table and a grill, perfect for enjoying your days and evenings with family and friends! A few steps lead you to the garden, where lounge chairs await you around the pool!

Villa Violette is managed by Cocoonr Arcachon. You will have free wifi access. You'll be welcomed on site by our team, who'll give you the keys and tell you all about what there is to see and do in our beautiful region! Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. Your beds will be made for your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we supply a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper and shower gel.

Transport
- La Hume station 15 minutes' walk away, hourly trains to Bordeaux, 40-minute journey
- Arcachon station 6 km away
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way.
You can visit Le Moulleau (beautiful church and viewpoint over the basin, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, etc.) or take the Dune Express bus which will take you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport 65 km away (52 min by car)

Going out :
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon! You can take advantage of all its attractions, discovering the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unbeatable view over the Bay! The little train opposite the Arcachon tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview of the town! At lunchtime, treat yourself to an oyster tasting session in one of the Bassin's oyster ports - the port of Gujan is waiting for you - or at the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you want them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon to Cap Ferret (it's best to book online), Ile aux Oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Cruise down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or take your kayak out on your own!
