New house just a stone's throw from the coastal path and the harbors

New home ideally located less than 50 meters from the coastal trail and close to the port of Gujan Mestras and the train station. The town center, with all its local shops, is within walking distance.
The amusement parks (Bassin des Loisirs) are less than a 10-minute drive away and accessible by bike.
The house is located within our nearly 2,000-meter garden, next to our home. You can park in the garden.
The house features a living room with a TV, a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer), and a sleeping area. There is also a bedroom and a shower room with a washing machine.
Outside, there is a patio with a table and chairs, as well as patio furniture.
Security deposit required.
Optional: cleaning fee of €50 or €30, depending on the length of the rental.
