Located in Gujan-Mestras, in a quiet neighborhood close to all amenities, our house features a beautiful air-conditioned living room with an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room overlooking the terrace and pool. It also features three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a mezzanine under the roof with a queen-size bed (140x190cm), two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. You'll have access to a private outdoor space with a terrace, a private pool, a pergola with outdoor furniture, a plancha grill, and a bowling alley. Private parking for two vehicles. Bed linens, towels, table linens, heating, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service upon request; a €150 cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival). Air conditioning is available in the living area only; the bedrooms are equipped with electric heating. The swimming pool is open from May to September, weather permitting. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water (within reasonable limits), electricity, and heating. Bed linens and towels provided.
