Ideally located, 200 m from the beach of the white beach and 500 m from the fishing port and the center of Guilvinec, this large family house can accommodate up to 8 people.

The garden, with its vegetable garden, picnic table and deckchairs, offers you a friendly place to meet with family or friends. (Plancha available for outdoor cooking).

The house is equipped to accommodate young children and you will find on site everything you need for a peaceful arrival: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sponge, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. All our products are organic and when possible, from local and/or bulk sources.

You are 500m from the town centre with all amenities: market 2 times a week (Tuesday Sunday), small supermarket, bakery, fishmongers, local produce shop, restaurants, café terraces, bike rental, café-bookshop, etc.

Living room dining room with a large table and a comfortable seating area with several sofas. Our library is at your disposal for an improvised holiday reading, at the beach or in the garden. The living room is equipped with a video projector for cinema sessions with family or friends (computer or tablet with HDMI port required).

All bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price (duvet covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets, towels)

Cleaning is not included in the rental price, you will be asked to leave the house clean and tidy when you leave.

For water management reasons, we have installed dry toilets on the first floor. You are free to use them or not. They are connected to the CMV so there are no smells at all. The operation is very simple, you just have to follow the instructions in the toilets. There are also water toilets on the first floor.

Private parking space and plenty of parking (free) on the street.
Electric car charging station (€0.21/kWh).

Wifi available and possibility to connect wired in all rooms.
