A dining room with table, two benches and 2 chairs, furniture with crockery. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A laundry garage with washing machine to store your beach belongings, your bikes, etc. Under stairs: a toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed 140 cm and 1 bedroom with two single beds of 80cm. Sheets are provided but ask you to provide your towels. A bathroom with 1 sink, a shower and a toilet.
You will enjoy the private garden of 400 m2 with terrace, teak garden table and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, two parking spaces. The garden is not overlooked and has walls and has a gate, the street is very little traffic. The house is adjoining another house and is located near an agricultural shed, the area is very quiet. Many nice walks to do from the house, you can reach the velocean course 1km away.
