"We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous. "The condo was very nice, we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Check in and out was easy and quick. We rented a golf cart so the teens could go off on their on, which they really enjoyed. There are chairs in the main grassy area that an attendant will unlock and take to the beach for you. "En términos generales estuvo bien. Pero se nos tapó el inodoro de un baño y el lavamanos de otro baño. La nevera no enfriaba a capacidad, en especial el refrigerador. Todo lo que llevé congelado se derritió incluyendo la carne. La villa necesita mantenimiento y nueva decoración."

"We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 4, including my husband and 2 young kids. The place was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Was very nice having a covered balcony off of kitchen/dining room that we could enjoy day or night, as well as a large terrace up the stairs. Walking distance to pool that we usually had all to ourselves. Felt very safe in apartment and it was in quiet area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend...

"The condo was perfect for the 5 of us adults. Beds/pillows comfy. AC was great as it’s hot in PR. Our kids are 20,21 and 22. Huge tv where they watched movies at night. Yoga mat provided and daughter did hot yoga on the roof top. We cooked most of our meals in the condo…numerous pots,pans,knives and utensils to make our meals happen. We had coffee and breakfast out on the patio each morning as it’s shaded and not too hot yet. We played games up on the roof in the shade during the day… breezy...
