Guest access
We know that parking is important for many visitors so here we detail the options.
Private parking: In front of the building for $9.00 onsite (per 12 hour day, you must call to plan your parking before 7:00pm at the number we will give you after confirming your reservation. After 7:00pm the parking available would be public.
Public Parking: In front of the embassy of Mexico or behind the US embassy. We extend more information with your reservation.
Free parking in the building for motorcycle.
Note: Parking availability in the building and parking in front, depends on the building and private parking. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PRIVATE PARKING.
Parking inside the building has an additional fee of $10.00 per night and is subject to availability.
You have access to the Gym, Private Conference Room, Outdoor Rooftop Room and Roofed Outdoor Dining Table.
Churrasquera y zona has an additional fee of

Fogata per gas has a rate of $7.00 per hour.
Conference room has an additional fee of $7.00 per hour.

Check-Out 11:00am
Exceptions, only depending on the availability of occupancy if it is available or not before check-in or after check-out. We recommend if you have to check out at 11:00 am You can request to visit a city destination, shopping, cultural or artistic center while luggage can be left at the building reception at a set time.
If your check-in requests before 3:00pm you have to confirm that there is no occupancy to allow you to enter the apartment earlier.
For non-compliance with Check-out at 11:00am there is an additional surcharge of $20.00 the extra hour.
By request for check-in at the rate of flights arriving in Guatemala in the early morning of 12:00 - 5:00 am you can request at 9:00pm with an additional fee of $25.00 including transport from the airport to the building. (subject to availability, otherwise it is booked the entire day before arrival)
Reception of the building requests official identification or passport at check-in time. And fill out the form you will receive at the time of booking.
Other things to note

For foreigners: Private Uber transportation from the airport to Fiamene for an additional fee.
For nationals: From the bus station of: Los Halcones, Alamos, Pullman. To Fiamene for an additional fee.
If you come by other transportation, send a message, or it can be at special points such as Tikal Futura, Obelisco or Zone 1.
For tourism: Guided tour of the city's main attractions, Zone 1, 4 degrees north, living area, museums and cultural activities, gastronomic walk, etc. (Additional fees depending on destination)
Long stays:
Long stay is more than 7 days. If you request a stay longer than 7 days, you must pay an additional cleaning fee on the 8th day and an additional fee of $15.00 for each week (not optional)
