Just the early check out was a bit tough for lazy cats like us. "This hotel is very close to the Baiyun airport 5 to 7 minutes by shuttle, I arrived late on the day of the check in and yet i was able to be picked up by a shuttle van from the hotel, there was a younger gentleman at the check in counter and he was very helpful with my needs, if you staying in Guangzhou for a day then i would recommend this place, free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient for me, not having to flag a taxi down and haggle with the taxi fare and the stress it...

"Couldn't reach the hotel since I couldn't speak Chinese and didn't have RMB cash. The airport information couldn't help me. Not recommendable for non Chinese."

"The staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel could be a little hard to find for taxi drivers (it’s in the back of the plaza) but overall pretty convenient. There’s a convenient store and a KFC in the same plaza so easy to buy some quick food if needed. It was about 40-60 mins drive away from the city center where a lot of attractions are, but you can also take the taxi to the airport and take the subway from there. "

"Este hotel es muy conveniente si tienes que volar ya que esta en el aeropuerto y cruzas rapido desde la terminal al hotel por una pasarela. No hay tiendas ni bares alrededor, solo lo que hay dentro del hotel o en la terminal del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas. El desayuno es muy bueno, tanto comomida asiatica como occidental."

"落地广州，没来得及订酒店，看到附近一家逸扉，看装修比较新，便立马预订了。联系酒店巴士时间，坐车到酒店，非常方便。到酒店后前台态度友好，热情的办理入住，房间给了升级，格外惊喜。入住很满意。"

"Sorry, but the service was really poor. I found it very disappointing that you couldn't call me a taxi. Even the staff checked with the Manager and they refused to do so. Is this how a good hotel operates? Thanks to having to walk up the road (with luggage), I hailed a cab myself but regrettably missed my flight."

"We did enjoyed ourselves here, while waiting for next flight at midnight from this morning. Room surprised me with stylish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We slept well for couple of hours. It was a bit of challenge to contact hotel for the shuttle service from airport to hotel but eventually got it sorted, thank you. "
